Nicely updated hotel; very clean and very quiet.

Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful when requesting towels or toiletries. A hot breakfast was served each morning and was very delicious. There was a variety of breakfast items available for different dietary needs. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the walk in shower. A shower caddy or shelf to put shampoo, conditioner, and body wash would be helpful, but overall I’m pleased with my stay! I would recommend to anyone!

They were doing renovations so there was no parking and all I heard was machinery. I understand they need to do renovations but they should have stayed that when the reservation was made.

Good for the price.

It was nice to get out from the Elk County to St. Mary area; also colorful trees out there.

This property is far from a Best Western Plus and not worth the room rate. Old building with a fresh lick of paint on the outside presenting itself as something it’s not. Interior is dated, furniture old and grimey.

Stayed for a weekend. Room was clean. Free breakfast was very good, with two hot items that changed daily (bacon and eggs Saturday, biscuits/sausage gravy and mini cheese omelets Sunday). Items available each day included bagels, English muffins, make-your-own waffles, fresh whole fruit, yogurt, cereals, instant oatmeal, danishes and more, along with a variety of hot and cold beverages. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would certainly stay again.

Central air not work right!

Stayed one night…it was fine.

Always stay here when we go to see the elk in Benezette. Great place and close to downtown St. Marys

Doorknob did not work well, actually was broken. Took several attempts to get the door open.

Our stay was average, but I expected more from best western, as I have stayed in many bw’s around the country. I was disappointed in the breakfast which had limited options for people who can’t eat a lot of grains

Location was very convenient to stores such as drug stores and food.

Liked proximity to elk range.

The furniture provided in the rooms, need a deep cleaning.

There are only 2 “chain” hotels in this rural area, and the Best Western Plus was fine for us.

The refrigerator is convenient but very noisy. The room felt and smelled musty, the bed was average but the pillows were very uncomfortable as if they were empty, more full pillows would help a lot, darkness of the room for sleeping was wonderful. Room was clean looking just smelled and felt damp.

The property met our expectations well.
