Great weekend in the heart of Nancy. A very cosy and welcoming hotel with great cocktails, tasty breakfast and a chic spa.

A five minute walk from the train station. Easy walk to most sights and shopping. Multilingual staff very friendly and helpful.

Great property. Very very central. The 50minutes included in the spa a great plus. Great service. Great breakfast. Nice bar in the evening with Cuban latin music. Rooms are France small. So is the elevator. We had a great time - recharging the batteries.

The check in was complicated because the credit card machine to put a hold on the card, didn’t work. I had to go back. The room was really tiny but other than that all good. The hotel is at 3 min from the train station so its location is very strategic.

The Best Western Crystal Palace in Nancy was an easy walk from the train station. It was perfect for walking to shopping nearby or for heading to Stanislas Square for sightseeing or dining. The staff was great and very friendly.

Good stay in Nancy at the BW within walking distance from the train station and to the sights around Place Stanislas. Updated lobby and the room, though small, was clean, quiet and comfortable. Extensive breakfast buffet is available, though you can also find good coffee/pastry spots nearby. Overall enjoyed our stay at the BW Plus Crystal.

We do not always stay in hotels but we had horrible experience with another housing option in town. We could not stay there for three more nights so I made quick reservation on Expedia and we went right to the hotel. It was only 10 in the morning but we had not had a lot of sleep. Checkin was not til 4. Staff was very kind and let us chill in lobby and got us room by one which was incredibly appreciative. Thanks so much.

Location, services, value

Wonderful location. Very good value for money. Excellent, helpful and personable staff. Great bar area downstairs. Lovely rooftop open air bar. Best room (and bed) for the money I've had in years. Exceptional breakfast. Easy (free) on street parking (6pm to 10am) very near to the hotel. The LARGE room was very quiet, and the double curtains kept the room dark late into the morning. Highly Recommended.

Room is ancient and requires modernisation, as per rest of the hotel. Parking was 10min away and there is no temporary park on site so not easy to unload our luggage. Bar downstairs was a total disaster, loud music and poor offer. Spa in the hotel meant lots of guests around in bathrobe/swimsuit at all times….

Nice refurbished hotel with pool, sauna, roof top.
