I can’t speak highly enough for this hotel and it’s staff. We booked at the last minute after a debacle with an Airbnb. They were immensely, friendly and accommodating in any request. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. This was an amazing last-minute find I would’ve done better if I had prepared for a year.

Cabins not ok. We were 4 but the kids had to sleep in a couch that’s is not for a bed. Very uncomfortable beds. Place is not more then 3 star “hotel”. Breakfast needs way more improvement. We move cabins because the water heater wasn’t working properly so we had no hot water to shower. Definitely will look another option for same price we can find way better place. Gustavo at front desk was very nice tough.

I liked its location: proximity to Cerro Campanario and the Circuito Chico.

There is a water fountain available for all guests, allowing you to fill up your bottles before and after hikes, which is extremely convenient. The nearby food truck restaurant, featuring live music, was a fun addition and conveniently located close to the trails. Highly recommend this hotel!

The Hotel was good, we had some issues but it was solved, the Internet connection was really bad so is not suitable for take a meeting if it is needed. Rooms were clean, the staff super friendly and helpfull.

The staff are extremely helpful and make you feel very welcome. I wish the breakfast started earlier though so we could get to the ski area early

Great hotel, staff are friendly, willing to assist and a resouce of information. The room was clean, large and confortable. It isnhspwing a bit its age but nothing to render it less than excellent. The gem is the pool and small gym that overlooks the partialy obstructed view of the lake. The restaurant well breakfast was fresh every morning with a full selection of fruitz, hot eggs, sausage and pastries. Dinner selections are extensive for such a small area.

Friendly welcome from Amedeo, nice size room and bathroom and clean. The food in the restaurant was good and the service from the waiter was excellent. A very enjoyable stay.

A warm and welcoming staff nestled outside of town in the woods. Quiet and quaint with a great pool and a beautiful view.

A great little hotel in a great location for local activities. It is very comfortable, with excellent clean spa facilities and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant served good quality meals and in general it is an excellent hotel. My only criticism would be the very poor wifi I experienced. I would certainly stay here again. I Loved it!!
