Great apartment!

Good Hotel

I very much enjoyed this property. The front desk staff was helpful and check-in was easy. Hotel within walking distance of several restaurants and a shopping mall.

Friendly, attentive staff. Great location in Palermo. Great value, room was cozy and had a nice balcony. There is a design flaw with the shower. The bathroom is clean and fine, but the way the shower is designed causes it to splash water on the floor.

Property is in ill-repair. Many items such as electricity, plumbing, furniture are worn or not working.

The location is great and safe. The property is somehow old not as modern as the pictures.

I like the property location and access to shopping and dining areas.

Front desk staff very accommodating, communication was excellent. Location was perfect. Condition of room and facilities a bit worn and tired but great overall value.

Excellent place in a good location in Palmero Soho. Staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful which made our stay a lot easier.

Nice apartment, great location. All very clean and tidy, the bathroom was slightly outdated compared to the rest of the apartment but still it was fine so would highly recommend !

It’s a very good place to stay for few days, specially considering the price. The staff was very kind.

After a couple of horror stays in Buenos Aires, this was a breath of fresh air and allowed me to not worry about my stay and have time to "Feel" Buenos Aires. Only issue I had was the faucet design in the bathroom. I splashed all over myself every time I used it. It is also a bit farther than I usually stay, but I would EASILY stay here again, especially as it is a frequently visited city.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel/apt. The only negatives I have is that I have yet to receive my itemized invoice which I need for my expense report, and that the safe and peep hole were waaaay to high to use (I'm 5'4"). Other than that, I was very happy with the room, especially the size, and the location. I thought I would find not having a 24 hour desk as inconvenient or unsafe but they did a great job on how they managed it. The Italian restaurant right next door is incredible. I didn't use the breakfast delivery but I'm assuming it would have been very delicious based on the dinner I had there.

No es un hotel, son departamentos con un conserje. La atencion del personal, todos, es perfecta, amables, educados, diligentes. Pero hay q especificar, y esto es responsabilidad de la app no de la empresa, q son departamentos, ademas les faltaria remozarlos un poco ya q no son nuevos. La zona si bien es a metros de lo mejor de palermo soho es medio dehabitada de noche y algo peligrosa. Creo q el precio es alto para la calidad de las instalaciones
