Beautiful old house right in the middle of the historical colonial sector of Olinda. The free breakfast was varied, abundant, and delicious, and the personnel extremely helpful. They connected us with an excellent tour guide, Heider, who led us around Olinda and Recife.

This place was unique. The location is perfect. The breakfast was delicious, the room was very clean, the swimming pool area was beautiful and the service was great.

It is clean and comfortable, with very helpful staff and wonderful food. The rooms are fairly small and some face directly on to the road

Wonderful pousada, very atmospheric and with lovely communal spaces to enjoy. Plus great breakfast. Would return.

Great overall. Not a luxury hotel by any means but very lovely, well-kept, and a fabulous location.

I initially had reserved one of the cheaper rooms on the lower level. The room was pretty grim and closer to what you'd expect from a cheap hostel. When I arrived on Friday, it was so loud even with the windows closed, the AC turned on, and earplugs in, I would not have been able to sleep. There was a huge street party about 1 metre away from the window. This was during off season in May - I think it's that loud every weekend. Luckily because it was off season the staff transferred me to a much nicer and much quieter room on the main floor that overlooked the pool. The pool made my stay enjoyable, especially considering the heat. The breakfast every morning was lovely with fresh fruit, prepared treats, and fresh eggs. The pousada is well located and convenient for everything in Olinda. I would recommend this hotel IF you upgrade to one of the nicer rooms. If you're looking only for a low price, you may be better off elsewhere.

Quarto simples, mas limpo. Funcionários muito educados e cordiais! Café da manhã bastante variado e gostoso! A localização da pousada é boa, bem próximo à ladeira da misericórdia que dá acesso ao Alto da Sé.

Pontos negativos: Quarto com pouco isolamento acústico. Café da manhã fraco (pelo preço da diária). Pontos positivos: Localização excelente. O prédio é lindo.
