Clean room, good location and staff were very nice. Room itself was a bit basic with no coffee or tea making facilities, the beds weren't the best and the pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked any kind of support for the neck.

Staff were shocking - man on evening or late shift in reception is rude

The staff was amazing !! So friendly , happy to help with a big smiles on their faces. The only downfall was no cattle in the room , which any hotel should provide .

No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Thank you ladies for providing me with a boiled water every single morning , you were amazing. Reception very poor knowledge how to get around , won’t stay there again

Averall good, not many expectations and I had what I needed: clean room, clean toilet and clean sheets...not the best area of Ostrava but 20 min walking from Beats For Love festival... room a bit too warm and noisy cause of the traffic

This hotel is very near the centre of town, about 4 tram stops from the centre.

Good clean hotel, next to tram, easy to get to train stations and hockey stadium.

Ochotný personál komunikující v českém jazyce. Dobrá snídaně. Parkování před hotelem.

Fajn hotel v centru města, dobrá dostupnost autem a hotelové parkoviště za přijatelný poplatek. Snídaně odpovídající úrovni 3* hotelu, postele pohodlné.

V ramci omezeni v souvislosti s covidem jsou urcite sluzby omezene - zavrena reataurace a bar a omezena nabidka bufetove snidane.

Menší pokoje, ale na služební cestu zcela dostačující. Snídaně super.

Solidní hotel na přespání. Pokoj čistý, útulný. Snídaně - vše v naprostém pořádku. Restaurace pěkně a nově zařízená. Parkování v místě, wifi bez problémů. Personál ochotný a vstřícný.
