Great stay and very welcoming

It was as it says but it was basic. The issue I have is to have to pay for parking.

Nice hotel the parking was a joke £11 a night I would have got a better deal in London wife as a blue badge the hotel did not want to know holiday inn express are not a disable friendly hotel which spoilt the day I parked down the road life is hard looking after wife Iwon’t be staying at this hotel again

Friendly helpful staff and great location

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Clean fairly spacious room and adequate breakfast.

Location was perfect, trains, buses, pubs, takeaways, restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Staff were brilliant Hannah on reception was one of the nicest girls, met you with a smile, nothing was any trouble to her, breakfast was lovely, great choices, a fried egg was only thing missing 😁

Never used the bar. The air conditioning was to cold for us both being in our 80s.,so we asked for it to be turned off witch it was and the heating turned up witch it was done straight away to our delight. No other complaints at all. This is the 5th time we have stayed in your hotels never had any complaints.

Hotel was great, just what was required for a one one night stop over. Clean tidy and the staff were very helpful.

Pleasant stay

Clean room, easy enough to find. Ideal for dock area (work) Staff were friendly. Smallish car park, returned later after work, no spaces. Also £9 daily parking charge, which I didn't see on the booking until I arrived.

very neat, very quiet, very close to the train station, enjoyed my stay

Only issue was no shef near the mirror so hadto sit on th efloor to use hairdryer
