Nice hotel near the shopping street. Kind staff and farewell souvenir. Definately come again next time.

Very handy to shopping and port touist attactions. Bicycles free.Breakfast in room. Wifi good. Nice ambience.

First off the staff was amazing. I came down with a terrible head cold after arriving at the hotel. After asking where to find medicine, I was escorted all the way to a local store where the employee helped me find someone who spoke a little English. I was amazed by just how helpful they were. As for the room itself, the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are very warm and inviting. There were lots of free amenities and was provided with everything I would need to be comfortable during my stay. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the pillow. Besides that, I was super impressed overall.

Everything was almost great. There was hair in the tub when I arrived which made me think about the lack of hygiene when they do the cleaning, so I did not take a nice bath tub with salt bath for the rest of my stay. The breakfast the first day was great, plentiful and hot but every day that passed the breakfast received was more scarce and neglected I did not understand why.

Best hotel in Yokohama. This hotel is like a mini resort - there are plenty to do, lots of free amenities, a bookable onsen, outdoor foot-onsen, massage chairs. In the room there was a bath tub and every amenity you could wish for. The free bikes that you can borrow makes it easy to access any part of Yokohama. Placed very near major shopping street and less than 10 minutes from Kannai station. The staff was really friendly although not all spoke English - they were more than able to communicate using signs and gestures. A pearl - you won't find better in Yokohama !

absolutely Brilliant!

Cute and fun adult hotel, busy around 9pm with young adult couples renting by the hour(sounds seedy but it was not at all) pool table and darts, food was pretty good and fair prices. The private tubes are cool and the room spa tub was awesome. Staff was very nice, spoke a little English too so that was even better.

雰囲気が良くアメニティも充実していました。電子レンジが絶対されていたりでとても良かったです。

Absolut empfehlenswerter Ort - man fühlt sich sicher aufgehoben, hat 24/7 Zugang zu Getränken, auch Kaffee; Onsen vorhanden, Fussbad. Sehr schönes Ambiente, mit vielen Fröschen aus Stein, die Ruhe ausstrahlen. Chill-Out-Raum und auch Massage-Stühle. Top!

概ね満足できるホテルです。多くのアメニティや無料の施設とサービスなどもあります。加えてポイントサービスもあるのでリピーターにもなりやすい。 客室の清潔度も高く、しっかり清掃されていると感じます。 一方で、加湿器が無いのはいただけません。空気清浄機と一体型のものはあるのですが、明らかに湿度不足で喉が痛くなりました。また、他の方もコメントされていましたが、ベッドと壁の間は清掃ルーティンに入っていないらしく、埃が溜まっており残念です。 多目的で利用できる宿泊施設と思います。施設と仕組み以外のところが向上すればもっといいですね。 あと、待ち合いエリアがリニューアルされましたが、ビリヤードが楽しめたスペースがプロジェクターから味気なく流れる風景を複数のペアで眺めるエリアになりました。これは残念すぎます。映像のクォリティが低すぎて、狙っているであろうバーチャル海岸とは乖離がありすぎます。

Sehr schön gestaltetes Zimmer, tolle Kosmetikartikel, privater Kleiner Außenpool im Preis inbegriffen nach Reservierung vor Ort für eine Stunde. Tolles Badezimmer mit Whirlpool. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal, das aber gar kein Englisch spricht. Kleines Frühstück aufs Zimmer nach Wahl japanisch, balinesisch oder continental.

ベットとかまくらとか最高でした。今までのラブホのなかかでいちばんよかったです。コーンスープあったらなお最高です。。

予想以上に狭かったが 快適に過ごせました。

バリ島をイメージした装飾でくつろげました。

繁華街の裏手で便利の良いところでした。アメニティ 朝食等 サービスも良く快適に過ごせました。無料自転車で みなとみらいを散策したのは楽しかった。また泊まりに来ます。

料金は予約時にカードで払っているのに、二重で払わされそうになった。支払い済であることを確認してもらったが、謝罪の一言もなかった。こちらが指摘してなかったら二重で払わされていた。

外観や雰囲気が大好きで、いつも利用させて頂いてます。 今回こちらのアンケートは改善依頼として受け取って頂き、こんこ何か良き対策を頂ければと思っております。 また、掃除方法を今一度確認して頂ければと思います。 今度も利用させて頂きたいので宜しくお願い致します。

清潔で満足な宿泊ができました。 唯一貸切風呂が予約でいっぱいで使えなかったのが残念です。
