Great location, very clean and excellent staff. A great breakfast too.

Shower had a very slow drain, mentioned to front desk staff and was promptly attended to. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold selections. Very efficient and friendly staff, check in/out was quick.

Great for parking. Good location by the river. Friendly staff. Lovely hotel. Room was a bit tight in the gods ( mind your head)

This is a great place to stay in Hamelin but it is ver dated and needs some updates.

Super hotel, clean, near town centre and friendly staff.

Small single room, breakfast was ok except for heated items were luke warm , they have some parking spaces out front but make you use underground parking for 9.5e

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast varied and dinner was very good. The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was lovely, clean and tidy but for an older couple who sometimes get up during the night a corner room on the top floor with low ceilings was not very practical! Breakfast was a good offering. Located very close to old town.

Been here many times, great hotel, staff & facilities. Will definitely come again in the future.

From the very friendly and helpful receptionist, through the courteous bar staff to the excellent service at dinner (and later at breakfast), this hotel exceeded expectations. The restaurant in particular was wonderful and the food delicious.

Good location but rooms and common areas are tired. Disappointing that hotel chooses to charge for secure parking which is not actually secure at all as also open to the general public. Hotel really focuses on business travelers.

We had a lovely stay. The only reason they dropped a point, is there was no kettle in the room. We bought one from Woolworths, as we can’t do without our hot drinks as soon as we wake.

Used as a stopover on journey from U.K. to Estonia. Pleasant enough hotel close to town centre and beside the river. Clean, presentable and comfortable.
