I want to say that the housekeeping staff were talking very loudly amongst themselves. They came to clean a room that had just been checked out, around 8 AM. I understand that they need to clear the room quickly, but they were talking and shouting so loudly that I couldn't sleep at all. They should keep the noise down. This wasn't okay.

The evening staff seemed unwilling to work; they spoke dismissively, avoided eye contact, and didn't greet guests. However, the night shift staff were quite good. My room's air conditioning wasn't working, so they changed it for me. The night staff were okay. Other aspects of the hotel were very good.

The rooms are clean and close to the stadium. The extra bed is a mattress placed on the floor.

The room was clean and spacious, but the bed was a bit hard. The room wasn't soundproof at all; I could hear doors opening and closing and people in the hallway. The staff were lovely, polite, and friendly. It's conveniently located. There's no elevator, though.

When I checked in, the staff seemed unfriendly. On my way back, I parked behind the hotel and was loading my luggage. Suddenly, a red Navara Hotel delivery truck drove up and blocked the exit, not caring about how I was getting out. In the end, I had to back out the entrance because I couldn't make a U-turn.

I didn't take any photos, but I was very impressed. The room was a lovely price, but very clean and new. The bed was soft and comfortable. There was a hair dryer. The amenities were excellent.

Nice hotel in a quiet area, 5mn to the center by bike. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, balcony, parking, coffee machine at the reception. I definitely recommend this place.
