Good hotel with affordable price for transit.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the service is very satisfying.

According to the initial price, I ordered a superior room and then upgraded to a junior suite with the hope of being more comfortable. It turned out to be the same, only the room was more spacious and the entrance was a bit deeper. What else could you expect for a cheap price?

I think the food is just B, lacking in taste. For cleanliness it's ok, but for the service I don't know. even though check in was at 3 pm, it was past the expected time, but when I arrived there were no towels and soap, I informed the front office that they would deliver it and wait but it wasn't delivered until evening. At 8 pm I went down to the front office when the person had changed and the request was made to come straight away. Was it really the previous staff who ignored the guest's request?

The staff is friendly, free swimming until 18:00. Close to the city's hustle and bustle, so going down to the highway there are already many snacks, the breakfast is delicious although not complete. Will come back again later.

My family enjoyed staying here, everything was nice and comfortable but there was a little bit lacking, namely the swimming pool, the swimming pool was a bit less clean. The rest was GREAT, God willing, next time I will stay here again

stay here when visiting grandma's house, the location is quite strategic, close to the mall, lots of snacks, there is also a swimming pool so the kids are happy when they are invited to grandma's house and automatically go swimming

The staff is friendly. But there is no teaspoon. There is only a glass. Overall okay.

Really happy to staycation here, all the staff are friendly, got a pool view. Next time I will come back. Anyway, I was not disappointed staying here, because my hobby is stayingcation to hotels all over Indonesia.
