As with other reviews the hotel can be difficult to locate as it is off the main road. Initially on entering the hotel I was taken aback by the small size of the reception area. The reception manager was very polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable, large and clean with apartment style facilities. The hotel does not have a bar but it does have a large open area on each floor where you can sit out. There is a large sports area in the basement. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and continental items. To get around Milan there is a Number 42 bus close by or a ten minute walk to the metro Sondrio. The metro service in Milan is efficient and inexpensive. If we were travelling to Milan in the future I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The rooms were newly renovated at light, clean and spacious. The kitcken was well eqipped. The recrption staff were friendly and helpful.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. It was a bit hard to find their parking. Brekfast was good.

Nice, new, clean hotel. Attentive service. However, it is hard to find, construction are around and lightening in the room is akward.

A well looked after hotel. The single room I stayed, however, was really small and the soundproofing is almost non-existent.

Very friendly staff. An elaborate breakfast with great options for people with gluten intolerance. Although in a residential area, it is easily accessible by public transport.

The purpose of this hotel for me was to be in the area of Central Station which it definitely waswtih the number 42 stopping right outside the door. The hotel was completely made up of small apartments which were nearly brand new and quite comfortable. Very accessible.I would have gotten a clear 5.0 from me except for the location of the entrance door to the reception (by lift up 1 floor) . We were right in the middle o the 1960s rebuild of the area after being bombed flat by both sides during WW 2 The facade of your building was nestled amongst the aluminium and glass the was the style then, That and city dirt detracted a little but once you are inside the staff couldn't be friendlier and the rooms were just right . Thankyou to all the staff there. On my last day the check out was very swift an the trip to the airport via no 42 bus to the station and then Malpensa for EU8 by coach was also effortless. As a result we saw the sights of Milano well-rested.
