Location was perfect! Easy walk to sites and restaurants. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Fabulous place ! Located in the old city down a side street . My room was on the first floor . Very bright , good sized room. Basic but very clean. Really good feel . Outside areas full of plants . Seating at the front . The “ help yourself “ breakfast room was amazing . Fruit , bread , tea / coffee facilities. The lovely man who owns it was so kind . Gave me a map on the first day and highlighted all the places to go and see . I used it for 2 days while I was there . There is also a separately run cafe next door that does amazing breakfasts and drinks . I would highly recommend this place !!

This is definitely a basic hotel, but it is very clean, the location is amazing, the owner is very friendly, and there is a nice sitting room with free coffee, water, and fruit. The cafe in front is fantastic too!

The owner is very nice and approachable. He was very helpful when I needed to stay another night last minute! The location is great, walking distance to most things and it's very quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay at Sabuy Chiangmai!

I had an excellent stay at Shabuy Chiangmai. Aim made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived and helped me find private transportation to some areas I wanted to visit but couldn’t take the time for a group trip. The hotel itself was lovely and a perfect location. Water was hot enough. Overall, for the price and everything an amazing stay. When in Chiang Mai you don’t want to be in your room anyway! Lots to see.

Everything was great except there was no free breafast even though we supposed to get ine

The room is not adequate to stay in. Not sure why Hotel.com has a 9 point average? The room is outdated, not clean, mosquitoes in the room. The AC was not working properly, compacted bathroom with leaking faucet. The bed was the only thing that was okay. We has to cancel our plans and moved to another hotel after one night stay.

The room was really nice and in an amazing location. The host is great and there is a cute little cafe attached to the guest house. I’d definitely come back here. My favorite temple in Chiangmai is just around the corner.

The room i originally had was not what I expected, but the owner took care of me and got me a much better room for the rest of my stay. The location os excellent and close to everything. I would recommend this place and the staff.

Aun the owner was extremely helpful. That staff at the lazy lemon (cafe under the bnb) were so kind! Clean and comfortable. Has everything but a pool.

Clean and safe. A bonus is a shared lounge with a microwave, dishes, and a kettle.

This is a great location for your first visit to Chiang Mai. This place is close to everything and has a wonderful cafe in front. The staff couldn't be nicer.

EXCELLENT location for walking to night market, shopping, restaurants, sights. Clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being so close to everything. English spoken, very helpful and informative owner who was always ready to help.

Great place to stay. The owner is right there and always helpful. The food is delicious and cheap. There’s also a large “welcome” room with WiFi.
