Run down. Had stayed there several times in the couple of months. This last visit we had NO hot water and they just blew it off, stating the whole building was out. They offered no compensation for our inconvenience!

Good location and value for our road trip. Friendly staff that checked us in.

I looks a little worn from the outside and the location behind a truck stop doesn't help the image. However the owners ar obviously upgrading and modernizing. Our room was quite large, large enough for 2 queens, a sofa AND a coffee table with room to spare. It was also clean with nice towels and memory-foam mattresses. The staff is friendly, helpful and pet friendly. What's not to like? The coffee is...well...motel coffee and would be an easy upgrade. The breakfast is pretty sparse, for those who like a hearty motel breakfast. Our beds did not have pet barriers around them, so leaving the room required some furniture disassembly to retrieve our 4-legged friend who didn't really want to spend another day in the car. Would we stay there again? Absolutely!

The tv wasnt working. The toilet barely flushed and the bathtub didnt drain. I would not stay there again.

The hotel is old but clean, my cooling unit was very noisy. I ask for it to be looked at but nothing was done. The unit was too loud and I could not sleep unless I turned it off.

Cancelled my reservation without telling me.

Travelocity booked my reservation and then after driving 13 hours was told i didnt have a reservation, but here Travelocity is sending me a link on how my stay was. VERY MAD!!!!!

Although I got a confirmation from them 10 weeks before my stay, they told me they didn't have a room for me when I showed up on the day of my reservation. I couldn't get another room within 100 miles. Then they lied and tried to blame someone else.

The check in staff was rude. They do not allow trailers and there was no notice about this at reservation. Additionally, they wanted to charge me for mine and my husband’s service animals.
