This hotel is one of the worse hotels in the IHG chain. While some staff mainly the non-managerial ones are great, but most of the staff are rude and impolite, their gestures and way they talk to patrons is not really something that reflects IHG hospitality. Checked into the hotel with my family (family of 3) and literally was given a room that dont even have enough space to keep two baggages properly. Had to upgarde to a suite next morning for additonal $90 per night to get a decent size bed that can fit 3 since they are charging me 50 Manats extra per day for additional bed(even after charging extra for the additional guest). Even getting a suite and being a platinum elite member, have to ask every day for additional towels and plates, glassses etc. Credits Cards dont work, bathrooms gets water logged, AC vents drips water, no supply of moisturizers, but above all the rudeness of the managerial staff adds the last straw, better be with Marriott or Hilton even though it will take $20/30 extra is a much wiser option. AVOID this hotel.

Nice place in luxurious area, away from centre but not far.

A lot of guests were smoking in a non-smoking area (elevators, corridors, rooms) without consequences from the hotel's side. Both the hotel security and I saw this but didn't act. Additionally, the smell spread throughout the entire floor. Guests were also cooking in their rooms, making my stay noisy and horrible.

Great hotel, staff and location.

The hotel was conveniently located in the centre of the city. We were upgraded to a suite and had a lovely time. The front desk staff were particularly helpful. Wifi was good. Would certainly recommend this hotel and stay here again. Thank you!

Requested toliet roll not done. Had to buy swim cap to use pool. Locked out at 11:45 checkout was noon. No robe. Sloppy service, care less attitude.
