This was our second visit. That should tell you something. We again liked the inn with good variety of of breakfast options, room was spacious, plenty of free parking. It was convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit. Dinner, optional extra, is available and very good quality. We would like to visit again.

Perfect staff food everything

Healthy choices for breakfast. Amy on breakfast service was excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, some had pets luckily kept away but should be kept quieter, not the establishments fault the standed failure of the owners!!!

I had a small but very comfortable room at the Waterwheel. The bed was roomy for a single person and the shower was excellent. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and the meals were good. This is a well run hotel and very good value for money.

Hotel in lovely location and grounds were wonderful, the food in the restaurant was good and room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing, gardens were fabulous. Would recommend this property to everyone and would certainly book to go back again.

Amazing place dig friendly staff really do look after you. The gardens are amazing to walk round and new bits being created. You will definitely enjoy your stay

The bed and breakfast we have no complaints. If you drink from the bar or have dinner, it does cost quite a bit, but the dinner is well made.

Lovely place to stay. The Town Centre is a 15min walk. Room lovely and clean. Breakfast was supreb.

Comfortable room, great food and staff

The service provided by the staff was excellent and they were very friendly and accommodating. However, the room was very small and the front of the hotel was not very inviting in my opinion as there was rubbish like vacuum cleaner tools thrown across the parking area and overgrown vegetation. The place needs some attention to attract a wide range of customers.

The beds were very comfortable and the garden behind the dining area was excellent. Very tropical with ponds and waterfalls. Wpulf definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. Room was very comfortable. Food was great and the staff uniformly excellent. Friendly, helpful and very efficient.

They are unable to serve a meal which is all hot. The breakfast is stated to be freshly cooked. This is obviously not the case as half the breakfast is luke warm or cold. Other patrons agreed with this. I had two evening meals, one was hot but the vegetables on the other were cold. My complaint to the waitress was ignored. Anyone who stays here should be prepared for intrusive music being played during breakfast.

The staff were extremely lovely, the garden and dining areas were very pleasant. The room's water systems were a bit loud but manageable.

We enjoyed the amazing grounds and the food in the restaurant was lovely. The room was spacious and clean but the only thing that let it down was the bed. The memory foam matress had a big dip in it and was very uncomfortable. My husband didnt get a good night sleep as he couldnt get comfortable. The staff were informed the next morning and aaid they would deal with it.

The hotel has a beautiful fern /water garden.Well worth a visit.

Lovely room, beautiful garden, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, great value. Can't really ask for more!
