We really enjoyed our stay at Karrawa Guest House! The host was warm and welcoming, answered any questions we had as newcomers to Scotland, and the breakfast service was incredible. Our room was cozy but spacious and the attention to detail made our stay feel luxurious while being functional with small children. We hope to visit again!

Loved the ease of parking. We arrived at midnight and the host greeted us at arrival and was helpful. Breakfasts were very nice. The hosts were kind, helpful, but not intrusive.

Fyona is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was made to order and excellent. Accommodations were spotless. This property is not in the heart of the city but it is an easy walk in.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Found a couple of bugs in the bedroom (looked like pill bugs we have in the states). Not threatening. Beds were comfortable but were more the size of queen beds instead of King as advertised. Still, none of this would keep me from staying there again.

The room was a good size, good bathroom facilities, lovely breakfast room and everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast had a good choice and was always produced promptly and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Expecially enjoyed the haggis for breakfast. Will certainly return.

Karrawa Guest House was perfect for our 3 night stay in Orkney! Breakfast was excellent. Fiona was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Food and service excellent. Just a bit too far for a comfortable easy walk to town.

We had the best of experiences possible. Everything was just perfect. All the furniture and fittings are as new and everything worked as it should. Couldn't find a fault. As a guest house you couldn't find better. Fyona is really very helpful with superb breakfasts.

Carefully planned guesthouse in Kirkwall suburb. Well maintained facilities, really clean, good breakfast option including vegetarian, ample off street parking. Only issue was key access following a late arrival, but Fyona graciously refunded for that night. Highly recommend!
