Perfect location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Perfect view to the Dragon beach. The location is also perfect, and the hotel facility and staff were perfect.

Good staff at front desk during check-in and check-out time, thank you for Trinh, Binh, Vy, Thuy, Tung, An, Dieu, Tuan from front desk team very helpful and HK staff Phuong, Nguyet, Tham, Chi, Nghia. I will stay here next time.

Reasonable location - ok view - unfortunately I couldn't book earlier to get a room with a better view of the Dragon Bridge and the riverbank! See you soon to enjoy the view of the Dragon Bridge at Vanda Hotel

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff is friendly. However, the parking lot at the hotel lobby is too close, there is no space for other guests to move around. The parking staff must rearrange the parking lot to leave a path in the middle for guests to go up and down.

My family is very satisfied! The room has a great view, everyone chose room number 8,9 to look at the Dragon Bridge. Spa service is ok, surrounding amenities have many quality shops.

The staff, especially those manning the front desk, are not too helpful, and at times rude. The buffet was not too great either.
