TV was malfunctioned, security was questionable.

hotel staff can't speak English or Malay

The hotel staff is not very fluent in English. They can't speak Malay either. So we have to improve our body language.

I came here because the prices were reasonable. It's close to restaurants and PHKL is very easy to walk to, even with kids.

Very nice to stay for backpackers.

Kamar dan kamar mandi bersih untuk hotel budget, lokasi cukup dekat dengan pantai, hospital dan juga pusat perbelanjaan. Hanya saja di sekitar lokasi kurang tempat untuk kuliner.

But staff a girl have no good attitude and can't help customer for towel.

Tolong dibaca dengan seksama agar menjadi pertimbangan bagi traveler lainnya kalau mau menginap di sini, biar ga zonk dan kesel-kesel sendiri.• Hal yang baik dari hotel ini hanya early check-in, dan lokasi cukup strategis untuk pergi-pergi dan FO cowok (shift malam) bekerja masih ramah, sisanya bad experience sih.• FO yang cewek jutek (shift siang) ga ada basa basi minta maaf sama sekali atas ketidaknyamanan yang terjadi, pas awal masuk kamar ga ada handuk dan keset kaki, balik ke resepsionis cuma dibilang masih di laundry, lucu banget sih, baru pertama kali ini nginep tp kebutuhan mendasar aja ga siap sama sekali. Baru dapet handuk di malam hari, itu pun minta ke FO yang cowok, dan nunggu agak lama baru diantarkan. Kamar ga minta dibersihkan, eh tiba-tiba pas plg di malam hari pd hari ke 2, kamar sudah dibersihkan dan barulah disitu terdapat keset kaki, dikasih handuk 2, tapi tetap aja ga ada tisu.• Nanyain tisu udah 3x lebih tetap aja bilangnya ga ada stok, konyol sih, kalo ga siap begitu jangan disewakan dong kamarnya.• Tidak ada penjelasan tentang wifi hotel yang mana.• Sengaja pesan kamar yang uk. Ranjangnya king size, ada jendela, lebih mahal la, eh kok begini. Mau ganti kamar karena ga nyaman kamarnya dibilangnya full semua, padahal ga banyak orang yang lalu lalang ataupun banyak orang yang lagi ngobrol-ngobrol kedengeran. Mamaku sampai kurang tidur karena kasurnya keras bikin badan sakit, mana mamaku juga lagi menjalani pengobatan kesini tuh. Kecewa banget sih, hotel sebelumnya yang aku inap saja, dengan harga 389k per malam sangat memuaskan.• Aku pesan hotel ini juga karena sewaktu di Indo saya kira di 1 Muharram bisa-bisa tidak kebagian hotel di Bangsar South yang dekat sama rumah sakit. Jadi pelajaran sekali buatku, gausah takut ga kebagian hotel, masih banyak hotel lain selain di sini, malah hotel yang sebelumnya aku inap hanya sold out di aplikasi, pesan langsung di sana masih ada kok kamarnya. Sudahlah cukup saya yang mengalami hal begini. Jangan sampai terulang lagi sama traveler lainnya.

The room is okay, but the television is not on. He said all rooms are the same. What is clear on the booking is that the television room facilities are written. Disappointed.

The room was a bit stuffy and the air con was not cold enough. We expected free wifi in the room but wifi is only accessible in the lobby. Though for its price it is acceptable, I suggest to spend your majority of your trip outside of the room.

Tv off. Can't watch. No signal.

Really budget hotel .. I won't trace this hotel again. an unpleasant experience. cleanliness out, customer service out. very different from other budget hotels I have stayed .. no quality at all.

The room was comfy and the location strategic.

The floor feels not clean when stepped on. Parking space is open and must be paid for by the guest staying. Narrow room. There is no room for prayer. Many foreigners hanging out on the balcony next to the hotel made me feel uncomfortable.

Very poor management just need to upgrade management and teach their stuff about hospitality specially who handle the hotel.My stuff facing problem with so many question by the manage. Even though they no priority to ask customers about payment 😡

Great budget hotel...80 m from Lrt station Kerinchi, spacious room, cool bathroom, very clean and comfortable, hot water, drinking water, water heater, hair dryer, tissue all available.

Overall an average room. Can't expect too much for a price like this. Still comfortable and surprising not stinky. However the hallways after the lift are very smelly.
