The hotel was impolite, the roomkeeper automatically knocked on the door, ringing the bell when the guests slept. Hotel toilet dirty, not as beautiful as in the picture.

The room is nice but a little crowded, the room space is not very open, so open the air conditioner before guests come in, the housekeeping staff is not clean, the view overlooking the beautiful sea.

It was an ok stay. However, hiccups when arriving late and they don’t have my reservation so I have to show my reservation. And the policy of holding passport and kept in the receptionist was something we worried. But they said it’s hotel policy. When we checked out we were given 2 Russian passport (supposedly French and Indonesian passport) which was labeled our room number, lucky they found our passports. Could be challenge to communicate since limited English speaker but all in all it was okay.

Beautiful hotel and polite staff, clean rooms and more Chinese visitors. Not well soundproofed rooms, clean rooms, not simply additional soap, toothbrush essential. Prolonged use air conditioning so not cool, and water leakage. Was reported by staff in the last day but can not change other room. Pool at lake users should not change the water discharge (only water purifier).
