Hola muy sucio paredes piso cocina, la refrigeradora no servia y los platos no se podían usar de sucios en fin daba asco. Todo está muy viejo y ya pasó su vida útil. Por decirlo de algún modo.

This is a lovely property, well but simply furnished. The location is very central, accessible to everything in Polanco! The fan didn't work, and without a cross breeze (even with windows open) the property was hot and stuffy during a very hot period in the city.

Everything was so good. Just missed wall clock for local time and washroom shower was so old and needed replacement. My room number was 6.

I find the location is perfect for my uses. In a perfect world I'd ask for no mosquitoes.... Very bad problem here with mosquitoes... Day and night. The staff is friendly and my room is clean... Great small kitchen and simple amenities are really all you need. Eating in or going out are both easy from this location. I am a single 57 year old traveler and I have used this same location twice and will continue to use it during my stay in Polanco

It has been 35 years since my last stay in this area. What a change! It is still easy to walk everywhere except for the long hike to the Metro. But then that makes for an early morning workout...all in keeping fit at 83. We didn't expect to have a "house cleaner" every day, but it was appreciated. Staff was very helpful. I went specifically to see the Anthropology Museum again as well as the many art galleries that have emerged or expanded over time. I am not a shopper so was not particularly impressed with the upscale malls. The city still has the historic charm as well as the modern flare for life. (Dogs now in Lincoln Park - as an alternative to "people" watching) I would certainly come back without hesitation.

Great suite but it is at least 6 blocks to any shopping/grocery/restaurants/attractions

Very convenient location. The suites are clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning is included, only ironing is extra but very affordable. The only problem is during the night where you can hear the airplanes on their way to the airport.

The apartment is well located at polanco and the price is competitive. However it can use some face lifting especially the bathroom. Very old shower, nit comfortable seat and small water tab.

The hotel was great! It's actually an old apartment building converted into suites with kitchen and breakfast nook. The price is very reasonable considering it's in Polanco and 2 small blocks from The Palacio de Hierro Shopping Mall. The "only" dislike I had was that the windows in each room should have window screen installed (there are alot of mosquitos that got into my room and wouldn't let me sleep at night!). Besides that, everything was fine.

in the heart of polanco, super accessible. Suite has all you need and they clean the room for you every day, even your clothes can be washed and ironed if needed excelent stay

For value versus location, the offering provides. Apartments are a little tired with very standard fixtures and fittings

I was in town for a half marathon and selected this hotel for it's location. Not knowing anything about the area, I was skeptical about it for it's great price. A hidden gem! It's like a small apartment in a great, safe neighborhood. The room was perfect and check in was easier than I thought. I received the key to enter the property as well as my room key with ease. There are great restaurants in the area, and noticed nightly patrols by the police. I would stay here again!

Very convinient and well located hotel. Old but clean. Has a well equiped kitchen. Superb to business trips.

Toallas muy antiguas Estuvimos 5 noches y te limitan todo ( papel de baño, jabón etc) Es un lugar muy limpio Sin embargo el domingo no nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación No avisaron La ubicación es muy buena Pero creo que habría más opciones Más modernas y creo por el mismo precio
