The facilities are comfortable, there is no lift so it's quite tiring lifting things if you go up the stairs.

Stayed for 1 night. Super comfy because they properly heat the room before we arrive. Reception understand English and speak well too. Provides normal size towels, toiletries, water heater l, near 7-11, got limited parking but that's no big deal. Out of all the budget hotels we chosen in jeju, this one provides the best heating. We went in early spring so the weathers quite cold especially during the night.

Well, the room is clean, but if the window is closed all day When entering a new room May have a slight smell But when I opened the window for a while, it disappeared.

The rooms are clean and neat with complete facilities and there is even a hair dryer, the receptionist is friendly, smart in English and very helpful in all respects. Close to bus stops and sevel or gs25, really recommended to stay here.

The hostel is nice, near the bus stop, in Jeju it's an important thing if you go around the island with public transportation. The staff was really helpful, they even left their phone for us in lobby and gave an instruction to call a taxi using Apps (Kakao Taxi). 7Eleven and GS25 is just accross the hostel and the road. And if you catch a taxi from Airport, it would only take less than 25 minutes. The room is clean, and the neighbor is quiet too, so you can really have a quality bedtime.

I really love Hostel Maro. Really near with bus station, really comfy room, and friendly receptionist.

it’s hard to find the hostel at first. because the no given not available in our rented gps. also we’re doy have any internet connection then we have to drive at the place which have the connection. thank god we try use waze app to find the hostel location and found it. overall surely come again.
