On check in we realised the wifi and tv didn’t work and the room didn’t have any towels or toilet paper. We had to argue with the check in to give us towels and toilet paper. The internet and TV was cut off by the provider because the owner didn’t pay the account. It took 3 days to get that connected. The apartment was also not very clean. We have now found 3 months later an employee has used our credit card for $900 of transactions. A report has been filed and will be forwarded to local authorities.
