Subway line is just in front of the hotel. JR Line is also very near, just across the road. There is Family Mart in the same building. Stayed for 5 nights, they cleaned and changed the towels and pyjamas every day. Love this hotel.

Close to the station, strategic location and delicious breakfast

The hotel is strategically located in front of Meguro Station, close to everywhere, close to eateries and convenience stores, practical access, very comfortable to stay at this hotel.

Location is very good, next to the Gotanda station. However the bathroom smelled quite bad and air quality inside was bad and humid.

Booked a superior double room. Upon checked in, room was not as per photos showed , it so much smaller . somemore it come with some odd smell & few flies in the room/toilet. so called reception and they say it a standard double room but when we go down to the reception they say it a old name for my room and cannot be changed.. but they changed for us another room with same wrong size beside our room due to insects. vvv disappointed with the room as what i booked is not what we get.. even tho comforted with the receptionist, they still gave us the wrong room size.. 1st time encounter this kind of bad experience in japan.

Friendly hotel staff, helpful during check in, even though the room is not that spacious, it is still a good hotel, comfortable, quiet, facilities in the room are ok, the room is comfortable, it is really enjoyable to stay at this hotel.

The staff is friendly, and we booked a triple room, so it was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children. The location is very close to Gotanda station. From Narita airport, you need to take two trains. There is a restaurant with a halal logo (grill hunter) 450 meters away. There are also Singaporean and Malaysian food restaurants nearby, but they don't have a halal logo yet, they sell chicken and B2.

Location nice but the room space was too small for standard. So prepare to bring small suitcase if you want to stay here. They won't clean your mugs so you need to clean it yourself. Might be good choice for solo traveller not for family.

Very good location. Just in front of Gotanda Station. Easy to move around with JR line, Asakusa line, and 1 more monorail line. Wi-Fi OK, but the room is quite small for 3 of us. But overall everything is OK. Thank you Gotanda Mystays.

The room size is very small. It's already quite uncomfortable. The shower booth was very small. Anyone who is a large person is recommended to choose a different type of room. The room is clean but there is no drinking water provided. Friendly staff The location is very good, next to the train, Family mart and many restaurants. The surrounding area is quite safe.
