Went to check in and told they would be down to gets us keys and an hour later no one ever came. Had to stay at a different hotel.

Front desk was unattended. The check in process was awful and the buildingbitself was dirty and unkept. The actual room was adequate.

I booked my trip days in advance for check in Saturday June 7 and check out June 9. I went in checked in , got my key . Everything seemed well . I went out in the morning of Saturday June 8th to hang out with family and brought my luggage with me in case I needed it . I left a couple of things behind . When I went out it was early in the morning around 9-10am. When I went back it was already night time maybe around 10pm. I tried opening the door with the key they gave me at the front desk and it didn’t work so I was confused . I asked someone to help me in and they opened the front door . When I went up to my room I tried unlocking it with the key and it wouldn’t open. Next thing I know someone opens the door FROM MY ROOM and in confusion we go to the front desk and the lady was not helpful at all . They threw away all the items I left in the room . I asked them why they would book my room to someone if my check out was for tomorrow Monday June 8 and they had no answer all they told me was I had to call back tomorrow. It’s so crazy to me that they threw my stuff away and booked a room that was already reserved.

Motel is horrible web pics are not up to date roaches dirty and smelt like smoke!!!! Manager Tabatha was unprofessional and extremely rude.

When I was less than 1 mile from the hotel, they called me to say that they were overbooked, and they had cancelled my reservation (which was for two nights). She also said that she was cancelling all the single reservations. I asked where I should go and she said "drive further down the Interstate access road, and you will find a Marriott. Go in and ask if they have a room." The next day, I went to the hotel (got a voicemail when I tried to call them), to verify that they had also cancelled the second night stay. That clerk told me that the manager was not on the premises. She verified that my entire reservation, that I HAD CALLED TO CANCEL IT! Why should I trust them again??

Lady at the front desk was amazing. Elevater didn’t work but that’s not a problem for us and not their fault. Was clean enough. Kinda noisy upstairs but otherwise was fine. The reviews were terrible but that wasn’t really our experience there. Loved the boot store next door. Saw two roaches but they stayed hidden till time for us to leave lol I’ve been worse places LITERALLY. The bed smelled like pee tho bad and that was the only real problem for me.

The smell was nauseating in the room. And the carpets were in desperate need of a cleaning or replacement.

The room appears to not have been ready to be checked into even though I checked in during the late evening hours around nine at night. The floors had not been swept or mopped as there was dog food and debris across the entire room floor. As well as dirt and water buildup up along the bathroom floor in front of the shower/tub. The room was not equipped with washcloths just two drying towels. I had to clean my feet every time I stepped away from the bed.

There was nothing "suite" about this place. No breakfast. No coffee in the room. No shampoo or soap in the shower. The door looked like it was damaged from a crowbar. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there again.

Improved by far on security and clean. Thumping footsteps over head most the night. Good value

Roaches everywhere, no microwave plate, shower curtain or stove plate. The whole building stinks!

I cancelled my reservation due to horrible reviews with brown water roaches and lewd behavior recieved no refund
