Do not stay here. The hotel was disgusting. I was put in one room where there were other peoples bodily hairs all over the “clean” room and the drains were blocked. I was then moved to a second room which absolutely stank of smoke. I stayed one night because I was exhausted and jet lagged but I checked out immediately the next morning. The hotel also refused to give me a refund for the 5 nights I was due to stay. Horrible place, horrible staff. Do not stay here!!

Very nice place for couples. Actually the place is nice and good. Just that the television might have some inappropriate content for kids and this was not highlighted to us. The place is clean.

The staff was great, although they don’t speak English there is a person that goes by the name Lucia and she went out of her way to help me by using a translation app, she got my room ready before my time, offered me a bottle of water and called taxis for me when I needed them

Romantic comfortable & clean

We like the hotel room it has a great utility, nice interior design and comfortable bed/furniture. There is only one outside viewing in the room but was blocked by a building structure. The lobby is nice but very small. There is very minimal amenity in the hotel. We loved foods, services and the dining room design in the restaurant, the breakfast and night snack are fantastic. We like the manager and all the staffs Including front desk and restaurant personnel are very friendly and helpful. We loved staying in the hotel and will come back again, thank you very much.

We like the service and room and children play area, but we didnt like the toilet in our bathroom. It didn't completely flush and left urine and fecal matter behind. We had to flush so many times to get the toilet water to look "clean." The towels and bedsheets also seem kind of old, but everything else was good, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Cleanliness, have to inform them to make up the room or else they won’t. Staff generally friendly and helpful except for a rather bossy women who kind of ruins the vibes with her attitude. Overall very nice play to stay at where they even offer supper for patrons

Great, modern facility Room with jacuzzi..only downside is need to improve cleanliness, lots of dust, and bed sheet has stain dirt. Also the breakfast was like leftover..

Good freeway access. Nice and big room with free snacks. Lots of mosquitoes for some reason.

Our first room, 2116 had a pool, spa, sauna, and KTV room. The pool was not warm but the layout was great and fun. When we checked in for the second night, we got room 2111 with the same amenities, although the pool, spa, sauna, and bathroom were in a "patio" type area separate from the main bedroom and the pool was actually warm. KTV room not quite as fancy as room 2116 but still high quality sound with English songs too. Breakfast very good with ample options. Only complaint, which might be a total dealbreaker for some: because these are "party" rooms, there is a definite cigarette smoke smell (in both rooms we had). I would not come back because of this.

The towels were smelly. The beds and pillows were not compftable. There were lots of pictures of a pool with slide but there was No pool. The play room was good.

設備跟服務都值得讚許～唯一的缺點是雖然勾選入住無菸房但還是有明顯的菸味，另外電視的youtube也沒有登出，可能要請房務人員注意避免透露上一個顧客的隱私，整體來說蠻推薦的！

The neighbors were too noisy and could hear them all through the night. The check in was a bit rough but once we were in it worked out well.

Love this property! I’d stay there again next time I’m in town.

Big room. In the unit big jacuzzi is a plus.

The hotel is a little bit out of the way and quite difficult to get a cab in that area but you can always ask the nice staff to help you call a cab in. 15mins walk to Fengjia Night Market. The room is very big and also had a nice bathtub. Overall nice experiences.
