The hotel is nice and the bed was very comfortable but the room is not like the pictures. The bathroom was very little, there was no window in the room and it’s situated just behind the reception

Very accommodating staff, from security guard, front desk officer, food attendant, housekeeper..clean room, delicious food and very accessible going to the market, restaurant, souvenir shop.. The receptionist has s****** attitude.

I love their service and the room. Location is good. The only downside there is the water drainer in shower area, it was clogged. My friend ask told this to the receptionist and was told that they will contact the cleaner but no one came so we've got no choice but to unclogged it. It's a y*** for us since the dirt was left by the previous guest there.

Had a great stay and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Only wish that there are electric sockets near the bed. Overall, this is a very good place to stay and highly recommend it for mid budget travellers.

My partner and I had a really good stay here. We were welcomed with refreshments and all the staff are very attentive. They upgraded our room probably because I messaged them beforehand that we will be celebrating our first anniversary that day. I asked them to help me surprise my partner and they did. They prepared a greeting on our bed and what's really surprised me was the room. They really went all their way to let us have a special celebration. We were supposed to stay for a night only but since we are so happy with everything (especially the staff and the pool), we decided to stay here and canceled our reservation at the place we were supposed to go to. We should've gone here on the first day of our Coron trip. Thanks, Coron Bancuang Mansion!

Insect bites when I woke up in the morning. I saw 3-4 of mosquitoes inside the room last night, the staffs are loud noisy chatting in the reception area and not very helpful. But the guard ay mabait and helpful hehehe. And yung food nila (breakfast) may balahibo sa bread egg bacon.

We had a great stay in Coron Bancuang Mansion. I will highly recommend this place to my friend. Everything is perfect from the welcome drinks until we check out. All the staff is very approachable. High five to this place.

The staff were very helpful and very accommodating. They even gave in to my request to prepare the room with decorations for my boyfriend's birthday surprise. The staff are very courteous and always smiling. Not once were we greeted with a frown. They were all cheerful, and they always greet us when we came down for breakfast, left for our tour, or when we came back. The staff made us feel very welcome. As for the rooms, they're all very nice and clean. The hotel has an outdoor pool, which is cleaned every day. There are lots of places where you can sit down and lounge or play 'sungka' or chess. When we were checking in, the staff kept apologizing that we were moved to a different room from what we booked, but to our surprise, the rooms were much larger. So no complaints there. That was a bonus for us. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Room we got was spacious and had a small porch which we used for hanging our wet beach clothes. Hotel was within walking distance from town; food was affordable and staff were polite and accommodating. WiFi signal was strong as well. Only drawback was weak shower water pressure. We didn’t mind that we had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to our room, but will not recommend to friends traveling with elderlies.

The place is clean and adequately equipped with basic travel necessities (aircon, cable TV, hot and cold shower, comfy bed and pillows). Staff are very courteous and accommodating.

All the staffs are accommodating friendly kind and helpful. the location is great. the foods are satisfying. we stayed for 4 days and it was awesome. we had a chance to meet lots of guest as well. we highly recommend this hotel not because of the hotel but because of the people that are there.
