The breakfast was good but ordered highly overpriced brochettes on the terrace. The merguez was fine, but the 'chicken' and other meat were awful, old and dry, and of questionable origin. But, the worst thing is that I sustained a half hour of abuse from another client (drunken man, would not leave me alone) and the male staff did nothing to help me!! Disgusting!!

This hotel is convenient for Rabat. It's in a nice area and rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful. The breakfast was good and the air conditioning worked well. I would stay here again.

Hard to find the hotel on a slope with the sign up high vertically . Restaurant / Bar is right under the hotel and soo noisy at night . Shower is in an awkward position , shower glass is not closed properly , water comes out on the floor , No hook in the bathroom . Ask the reception to make a wake up call the next morning at 7:00am but, never come the call !…. Lousy service for the price . Not recommended and Never Return here again .

Food was great. Staff extraordinarily helpful. Location very convenient to the main train station where there is an inexpensive shuttle to and from the airport. Normally very quiet, although on one night, around 2 am, city workers spent more than an hour trimming trees on a nearby street with an obnoxiously loud saw!!(not the hotel's fault).

The room was full of little sugar ants. While it wasn’t the biggest deal for my stay, it made the stay a bit uncomfortable having to clean them out of places and dodge them in the bathroom. Other than that the hotel was perfectly located and very functional for the price.

Hotel was in a nice quiet safe area close to the central station and many squares with restaurants and coffee shops Room was clean, large and well appointed Only issue as on Friday and Saturday night the Bistrot and terrace are popular and very loud Even with ear plugs in the noise till 1230am was too loud to sleep,

PROS: (Room 307); Lovely property located in the heart of Rabat. Easy walk to the train station, nearby ATMs, about 20 min walk to the Rabat Medina and several shops, grocery stores and convenience shops in area. Friendly, professional and very helpful staff; easy check in; elevator; lovely restaurant on site with appealing decor/style, that plays live music on some nights, with very good selection of wines and delicious meals (I really enjoyed the risotto with shrimp and salmon); very comfortable, spacious room (business double room); nice furnishings and decor; older property but clean and tidy and good housekeeping standards; good linens and towels; comfortable bed; mini frig in room; bottle water provided; good sound proofing; excellent wifi signal; air conditioning works very well. CONS: Sadly, breakfast was pretty dismal; seems some of the offerings were simply left over food items from the dinner menu; not heated or kept warm; limited selection; breakfast room staff didn't do a good job cleaning the breakfast area in the morning after each customer; crumbs and debris are brushed from the tables onto the chairs. Overall, the hotel is an excellent choice for a comfortable stay in the lovely city of Rabat.

We spent 24 hours at Urban Pietri Hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was included and absolutely perfect to start the day. Highly recommended for a short stay in Rabat.

So good, clean and friendly. Very American friendly and the perfect area in the city. So much to walk to and they are attentive to getting you a parking spot. Very nice!

Hotel is small and modest, I found that this is characteristic of most hotels in the Rabat area. However the room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was just average. Location was great for site seeing. I was able to walk to the train station and also walked to the Hassan tower, Ocean front.
