At the check out hitel staff asking me to pay the full balance for done reason, reservation was fully paid only when booked.

It’s a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy a quiet atmosphere. The staff is so nice and I had an easy check in and check out.

We had a nice stay here for a week. The staffs at the front desk, the restaurant and housekeeping were all very nice and friendly. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Classic and good vibes. Breakfast was so good, lots of choices, the food served in restaurant was also good.

The room was comfortable, but one next to something rather loud like a kitchen or something similar in the evening. It all quieted down around 10 PM. The bathroom does indeed have a bath/shower combo and I’d say this was the most challenging aspect to the room. One other unfortunate truth was the location of the one heater in the room. After some searching around, I found an electric heater attached to the wall under the desk. After some futzing with the buttons and knobs, I did get it operational and managed to heat the room before bed. Breakfast, while buffet style, was a big spread. There were lots of cold and hot options and all was delicious! The staff were exceptional, and certainly spoke English, German and French very well. Thank you!!!

Best Place to stay in Genk Area!

This was a lovely place to stay. Fantastic staff, excellent service. Th je hotel is situated in a beautiful setting. Would recommend and we will definitely be back! Thank you.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel particularly no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Room size smaller than advertised and uncomfortable bed.

A quiet stay in the country side. The hotel is wonderfully small with delicious food and wonderful staff.

Hotel is in a lovely setting. Rooms had everything needed but walls are thin! Service in bar is not great and bar food is quite tasteless. Breakfast staff are much more attentive.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Minuspunkt. Wir hatten extra ohne Frühstück gebucht, bei Ankunft meinte der Herr dann Frühstück ist gratis, also am 1. Tag genutzt, und natürlich berechnet bekommen. Haben es dann für die anderen Tage storniert, da wir es einfach nicht brauchen, wäre kein Beinbruch, aber wir hatten extra noch darau hingewiesen dass wir ohne frühstück gebucht hätten, und er mehrfach meinte, nach seinen Unterlagen wäre es dabei. Ansonsten rundum ein schönes Hotel, ein schöner Aufenthalt

Mooi hotel op een groene plek (wel in de buurt van een doorgaande weg maar daar heb je geen last van. Heerlijk bed. Beetje vreemd dat er in de badkamer een raam zit naar de slaapkamer waardoor je vanuit je bed je reisgenoot ziet douchen. (Raam wel beetje geribbeld, maar je ziet toch alles). Ontbijt 28 euro. Aan de dure kant. Je kunt wel lekker buiten zitten met uitzocht op de golfbaan, maar eten geen 28 euro waard. Service in hotel is prima.

Utsøkt komfort og service. Eneste minus var frokostbuffeten, som til en pris av 28€ burde ha inkludert et større utvalg av varmretter (stekte egg, omelett, bakte bønner o.l.)

In het algemeen heel goed, en heel goede restaurants. Minpuntje was dat de douchegel leeg was, en na 2 keer gemeld te hebben (1 keer bij aankomst en 1 keer als we gingen dineren), nog steeds niet was bijgevuld. Spijtig als 1 nacht verblijft en dan 's morgens nog steeds geen douchegel hebt. Zou voor zo'n zaak toch niet mogen.
