The roommos very nice , but our suite was big , but Very old furnish for the money they charge for. Need new towels and new bed sets .

Hotel is beautiful but requires some maintenance. First room we got the AC did not work. Second room had issues with the toilet flush and the sink. Hotel charges R$25.00 parking per night but we parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Amazing pool area, service, breakfast! Room was very comfortable.

Great location, staff was very friendly too. The room was spacious, and AC worked amazingly well! Breakfast was good too. My only few downsides to this hotel was the bathroom cleanliness was very poor, and no enforcement of moose from other guests. There was a group of people literally singing by the pool, and playing instruments ..... the staff didn’t seem to care much, but it was really annoying for us without small baby trying to just relax by the pool. Anyways, other than that and being a little overpriced for what you get, I’d definitely recommend this place !

Cute design, well decorated. The room has no chair. One day there was no hot water without explanation. Excellent service in restaurant. Very good kitchen, cook present in the restaurant.

This is a large Hotel with 2 swimming pools, outside and inside, sauna and large common spaces. The Front Desk is not too friendly but efficient. The room has a good space but you cannot let the AC turned on, because the key needs to be inside. The Breakfast is good, they did what the could to offer us the best. The did scramble eggs by demand for me and my wife, delicious. The impression that we had is that this Hotel had better days, but is still a good Hotel. A little bit over price for what is offered, I believe 20% less would be more appropriate. Definitely if you want to stay in a Hotel that has space to relax after you do the tour, and you are Ok to pay more, this is the Hotel to be. We spent all the evenings at the warm swimming pool.

One of the best Hotels in Bonito. If is your first time there is a good option. For further visits I would go to a cheaper one.

The structure of the hotel is good, but we were a little disappointed with the room. There were some trash in the can, the door was broken, the sink and shower linking everywhere when we opened. The good part is once we complained, they got the issues solved.

O cardápio de café da manhã estava bom, o tradicional. Nada de especial. Os quartos estão velhuscos, banheiro precisando de manutenção.

Foi muito boa a nossa estadia no hotel, foram dias agradáveis. Sugiro uma manutenção (limpeza para desobusteuir os furos) nas duchas e uma manutenção e lubrificação nos brinquedos (lubrificação no pebolim).

Positivos: Quarto e banheiro espaçosos, com sacada, ar condicionado e bom wifi. Boa localização central. Recepção bonita e muito espaçosa. Negativos: Falta copo no quarto. Café da manhã é péssimo, poucas opções, qualidade baixa e um pão muito velho. A estrutura e mobiliário do hotel é muito antiga. Cobram uma taxa absurda para emprestar toalha pros passeios e para usar o estacionamento.

Hotel que teve um auge há 20 anos, hoje, está desatualizado e com falta de manutenção aparente. Foi bem frustante. Além disso, o quarto era muito pequeno e isso nao aparentava nas fotos. Estacionamento do lado defora e cobrado. Enfim....sem espaço aqui para continuar
