Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional at all times of the day. It was a smooth stay. Close walking distance to all the local town sights. And Kiki the alpaca- made the stay even more memorable.

Charming!

It’s located close to historic downtown and easy access all landmarks attractions. Breakfast served very good and needed to accommodate visitors leaving early before 6AM for breakfast to go.

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind. When we got to our rooms, there was a hot water bottle in our bed. Felt so good after 3 nights in a tent hiking Machu Picchu.

You can hear everything in the rooms next to you and above, and obviously vice versa. Bring earplugs.

Loved our stay, but the room noise next to Kitchen was terrible!

We ate several meals in the restaurant and the food was fantastic. One night they had live music which was a lot of fun. The courtyard was filled with plants and quite beautiful.

We loved all the amenities this hotel had.. onsite restaurant, classes, the live music every night, KiKi the alpaca was super cute. It’s also walking distance to markets and main square. The staff is amazing and super helpful. When we had to leave early for a tour, they packed a small snack bag. (Water, fruit, crackers, and some small candies). The restaurant has some yummy options. Their breakfast is great also.. they made pancakes, waffles, omelette, etc. upon request. We stayed one night (first floor) and came back after visiting Machu Picchu and stayed two nights. We liked the room on the second floor the best.. much roomier. My only observation is that it’s not a very quiet hotel. Most rooms look down on to the courtyard and staff can be heard starting their day early. So if you’re looking for rest and relaxation my suggestion is to request a quiet room. Also, on our first night, they turned off the water from 11p-4:07 to be exact. We were warned it would be off from 11p-3am so we expected it but they didn’t turn off our water on our second stay. Despite this I do recommend it due to the friendly staff and location.

Very authentic and friendly

Shower towels smelled like vomit, fortunately linens didn't. The property has very good potential but unfortunately there's a lot of noise during the night (2am, 4am, etc) because of people not being mindful and talking very loudly and rolling their luggage when getting to their room, etc. We stayed at 2 properties in Cusco and this one was $40 more than the other but we're not sure it was worth that extra cost. The location is fine but not the closest from Plaza Mayor (although still definitely walkable), but very close to San Pedro Market. On the more positive side, the common areas are wonderful and their breakfast was fabulous. The even had a baby alpaca on location! Many attentions are done such as chocolates on your bed upon arrival, bed sheets warming using hot water bags at the feet of the bed, etc. All in all we're on the fence about recommending this hotel in Cusco because of the noise and bad experience with smelly bath towels which grossed us out...

I loved this place! Our room was very nice, clean & comfortable. The restaurant was excellent, breakfast was amazing!! I have never had a breakfast with so many food items. We didn't feel like going out at night, so we played games and had dinner in their lounge area-it was a great time! Kiki the lama is the best! My husband did the Pisco Sour and Cerviche classes, he loved it.

Great food at the restaurant. Easy arrangement of pick up from airport. Excellent staff. Great area to hang out, live music and plenty of activities in the hotel. They even have a baby alpaca!

Great boutique hotel, close to everything and lots of activities planned

Average stay, it's good if you just need to drop your bags and travel elsewhere. There was dirt falling on the bed from the ceiling which was quite annoying. The staff is mostly polite with one or two exceptions.

Helpful staff. Free goodies. Llama in courtyard and hot water bottles in bad were all unexpected treats

Wonderful staff. Amazing amenities and events! Wish we could have participated in more. The on-site restaurant was delicious!
