Always excellent place to stay and I love this place a lot.That’s why have been with them numerous times in past .Highly recommended and good communication

This unit was advertised as a one bedroom but in fact was a studio apartment. There was only a curtain separating the sleeping area from the main part of the apartment. Several of the plugs did not work. Kitchen appliances were years out of date. Overall the apartment felt like someone had emptied out their dead Grandma's house of furniture and stored it in this unit

We stayed for 11 days at these apartments from 22 June 2025 - 3 July 2025. The staff in the hotel were lovely, helpful and friendly. The area where the tables and chairs are outside the bar was dirty. The barman was very efficient and friendly. We stayed in a room on the 6th floor - where do l start! The first time l put the air con on l was lying on top of the bed and l was showered with water which gave me a terrible shock. We phoned the office and a lovely lady came very soon afterwards and brought a portable air con machine. It was confined to one small area of the apartment so we were absolutely melting as the temperature averaged around 37 degrees. The leg on one of the beds was bent and ready to collapse which made for a very disturbed sleep for fear of the bed collapsing - it was never fixed although we were promised it would be. There were four blinds on the big windows and two of them were stuck so through the night the whole room was lit up due to the bright lights from outside - hence another reason for being unable to sleep. There was a portable standing fan which didn't work. The double plug socket next to the bed where the water showered down onto me was literally hanging off the wall - a disaster waiting to happen!!! The room wasn't very clean and was in desperate need of decorating and painting. The wiring throughout the apartment was dangerous. Photos attached. Overall, our stay in this apartment was horrendous!!

Amazing large apartment in the sixth floor of the Roca apartments Unbelievable views of the sea. Huge lounge lots of comfortable furniture. Very well equipped kitchen. Two lovely brigh bedrooms. I've a double ensuite and the second with two single beds and a pull out bed. Very very clean and so quiet. Minutes walk from the centre of Torremolinos.

Excellent sea view,room provided this time was excellent.Has lived at this property for quite sometime now. It has been my go to place everytime I am in Malaga.Highly recommended.

terrible apartment no wifi,no tv no a/c in bedroom,open fuseboard above kitchen sink!!!!,cracked & dangerous tiles on balcony,electrical wires hanging in the lounge,no clean towels or toilet rolls,i am expecting a full refund i have spoken to Ronald today on chat who is progressing my complaint

Nice apartment, friendly staff and a huge pool. Had a great stay at La Roca.

Beautiful large apartment with great views . Nice communal pool but very busy ( many children as it was school holidays) . Only issue was one of the air conditioning units was not working and was reported but had still not been repaired before the end of our stay.

Every thing was excellent around this property.So has stayed multiple times at this location.Highly recommended and look forward staying again.

The property is in an excellent location being convenient for both town and beach. The apartment is spacious enough for two and the one we had was pool facing. We paid for a standard apartment and were slightly disappointed not to have a balcony. The twin beds were very comfortable as were the sofas. The shower door is no longer and had been replaced with a shower curtain which clings at times and unless careful, can flood floor. Staff on reception were pleasant. Pool area had undergone path work recently and grass needs to grow back in places. Unfortunately, pool had quite a lot of dirt in it.

This property has excellent surrounding with awesome management team who always valued us as resident.Look forward visiting again in future.Highly recommended for all short and long stay.Has all amenities what need for vacation.

While the exterior is a little tired don’t be fooled! Our apartment was very clean fresh and had everything we needed. Every apartment has an ocean view. Note. ****There is an extra key for the gate that leads to a lift to take you to the beach. It is a gated community. Pool is huge and no problems getting a sun lounge bed!

Great location, beautiful view....older building but was effective.

Apartment was traditional and big enough for 4 people. So aspects of the property could do with a brush up. Air-conditioning was weak, paintwork was in need of some to and the curtain was coming away from the ceiling, but as an overall base for a 4 night stay it was spot on for location and helpful staff. You're handed a bunch of keys which isn't great given there's 3 doors to pass when entering or leaving but that didn't detract from staying there again.

A comfy apartment with a tiny kitchen and small double bed. Nice living room with extra cot. Elevator to beach and beachfront walkway below apartment block. Free parking.

Very nice apartment complex, the situation is great! Just minutes from the beach. It has a very good swimming pool and it is pet friendly. I would recommend it definitely as the value for money is really good.

It’s alright... there few problems. We booked 4 people so they give me only 1 double bed... we have to ask reception to change room unfortunately they don’t have availability. We have to sleep on sofa
