A disappointment, the advertising in Hotels does not resemble the reality of the rooms! deplorable!

Perfect location

Need more maintenance and no windows to dark

La propiedad necesita mantenimiento. Los muebles están en mal estado y hay bichos. El personal hay que reconocerlo, muy amable. Por estar tan cerca del centro, quizá pudiera quedarme ahí nuevamente.

It was an old hotel. Room was beyond basic. Water was cold Old mattresses and sheets. Smelled like tons of humidity Did not enjoy my stay at all.

Downtown area was safe, not at all quiet, shopping was just around the corner, dining options I had researched were no longer in business, walks were very enjoyable parking was HELL! This has got to be the worst place I had ever stayed in. Property never looked the same or remotely close to the pictures. The mattresses were so old I couldn’t sleep the first night feeling bed bugs all over me. Bathroom sink was broken shower curtain road was rusted, I wish I could get my money back!

El hotel parecía abandonado, las instalaciones estaban viejas y sin mantenimiento.

No tienen respeto por el cliente, hicimos reservacion y vendieron nuestra habitation. Ni siquiera nos recolaron. Perdimos tiempo, dinero y nuestros planes de salir por la tarde. Cuatro horas oerdidas buscando nueva reservacion

The tv never turned off, sleeping with the screen light on my face , talked with staff, didn’t do nothing

Filthy, old, noisy, creepy, and worn out rooms that are not as pictured.

Hotel needs a bit of upgrade but staff is good and you can't beat location / proximity to great places.

Good location few steps to main plaza. Trolley must do 100 pesos. Water show at 8pm for 15 mins woosuper. In walk distance.

The hotel is located on the corner of the plaza and walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, historical areas, etc.... the hotel overall needs update.

Historical building & location is all. Nothing else to like.

This place just needs some refubrishment... It was a sad difference from our stay here previous year :/

what I liked was the location, just in downtown. The rooms need to be updated they are too old and they smell.

well, place is old and in poor condition, they don't mention that most of of the rooms access is from the big community area, you can hear everything, great location, building has a great potential with a little re-design of the common area and attention to detail would be a nice place to stay..

The staff were very friendly and ready to help at all times. The hotel does need some outside maintenance to make it worth the price. There is also a lot of noise at certain times of the day so a mid day nap is not practical. Overall, a good hotel and amazing service.

Located in an old colonial house iwell located in the remarkable city center. The place was clean, beds were ok. Not at all bad for the money.

Staff great. No real place to place clothes. Needs a dresser. Gay friendly
