Got conned into paying $117 for parking, despite having stayed her before and paying $38 for overnight parking. Receptionist did not care and would not provide contact information for a manager. They also no longer have water in the room, nor did they give us the drinks vouchers thatI'm supposed to get from hotels.com. All in all this hotel has gone really downhill and they just don't seem to care.

A perfect date night escape for the night! The retro vibe and the two bar options are perfect! Go to a nice dinner in the City then perfect night cap and walk upstairs. The retro elevator was fun to experience! Would stay again!

No heat in first room which they didn’t apologize for. The vintage elevator is interesting but it takes a good deal of strength and maneuvering to avoid getting your hands jammed in the cage door which won’t stay open. Staff are barely there.no amenities like fridge, microwave, ice, coffee or hot water.

Was able to book this hotel at the last minute when delayed flights changed our plans. Very cool hotel with a slightly haunted vibe. Slept like a baby, very minimalist hotel and could hear all of the March “Madness” outside but the bed was very comfy. We were so tired we could ignore the painting of the creepy man next to the bed and by day two the exhaustion set in and we decided to take the spooky lift. It’s in walking distance of many restaurants and universities. I would definitely stay again.

the heat in our room didn't work, they offered us a space heater but we were not comfortable leaving that on all night. there is no mini fridge or phone in the room, the shower is very tiny and in a corner and the shower curtain blows in as you are showering. I feel as if this hotel has big potential but isnt' there quite yet.

Nice, quaint boutique hotel that was the perfect location for our long weekend in Providence. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant. Only thing missing from our room was a mini fridge, which would've been convenient, but aside from that, it was a perfect spot for us!

Expensive to park. No fridge in room, TV didn’t work, and barely enough room on each side of the bed to shimmy between the bed and the wall. Coffee shop and bar both closed during stay which was a huge bummer.

A Charming Stay with Room for Growth it was a nice experience with plenty of charm and potential, though it’s not quite there yet. The property itself is cute, with thoughtful details and a cozy atmosphere that makes for a welcoming stay. However, the service was not all there. Service was not that bad , it was ok. But remember the service could really elevate the hotel to the next level. Base on location, and decor. I would stay here again.
