Nice hotel very large with beautiful scenery. Check in staff were friendly and gave us lots of info but was tired so it was a lot to take in. Ordered room service as our flight was delayed and so we arrived in the late evening and the food was cold. We were close to the main building so not an issue for us to get to main reception for breakfast, but as the resort is built on a mountain I could imagine it would be difficult to get around if you have a mobility issues due to the landscape.
Breakfast was OK but paid £35 pp for the dinner buffet which wasn’t good at all. Was reminded THREE TIMES that I would have to pay extra for drinks in the dinner hall and quite loudly by different staff members, their tone implying I couldn't afford it. It was not said but their tone was quite suggestive.
The room looked like the photos, however the furniture was quite worn, with chips/marks. The view from our room was beautiful. We used the Spa which was lovely, very clean and staff were friendly. Definitely top 3 spas for us. Cleaners for the
