We had a wonderful stay

Very unsafe area and looked nothing like the pictures. ended up staying in a different hotel. my girlfriend refused to get out of the vehicle she was so scared.

The cleanest hotel I have been in for some time…the friendliest staff to be found anywhere..( and they speak English(!)..At least enough for this “non-Spanish speaking gringo to get by)!!! A gigantic pool with water slide and hot tub was icing on the cake!! Five stars!!!

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had a very early flight but the hotel staff arranged for our transport and they were prompt for our pick up time which was so very appreciated. The hotel itself was much older than I expected, but very clean and the beds were comfortable. The area around the hotel is very busy, traffic wise, but there is lots of dining and shopping options nearby.

Leaky toilet at base. Needed new gasket or seal. Made floor wet. Safe did not work. Maintenance man said it was broken. Convenient location and fairly priced. Nice pool.

Doors rattled in their frames with the wind gusts outside. Not a fan of finding a cockroach in the room.

Great staff and good to have secure parking. Pool was clean and spacious. However, the rooms were very dated and not well cleaned. We were ok for 1 night there but would not recommend more.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We were able to walk to a grocery store, ATM and restaurants. The pool was nice.

Great value for money. Sure it is a little dated but the cost reflects that and the staff make up for it. The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast includes rice and beans which was good for us as vegans. Also coffee and fruit. Filtered water available all day long. There was no fridge in the room but there was ice available at the restaurant. Very convenient to grocery stores and rrstaurants.

Convenient location. Wonderful staff. Daily breakfast was great. The pool area was welcoming.

Hotel vieux, terne et sans âme, vieux mobilier, vieille climatisation, déjeuner passable

Excellent for people first arriving to C.R. Walk to banks, shopping mall with restaurants. Staff were accommodating to all requests. Pool is huge, lots of chairs and umbrellas.

The room was really horrible. The pool nice, breakfast OK. Staff nice. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great staff, great breakfast. Nice little spot with a pool to spend a night before exploring the country.

This place is dodgy! Didn't feel safe. Two entrances to the room from back and front -- VERY UNSAFE. Not a good place for women traveling alone. Room was awful! I had to leave and go to another hotel.
