My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused knowing how much discomfort you experienced, particularly with AC and curtain. I have been personally looking into your experience to get a better understanding of the overall stay. I am aware that the team proactively offered room change, but that unfortunately was politely declined.
I have shared your feedback with our operations leaders to take immediate action and curtain functioning was ratified straight away. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience.
