Interior was great although some furniture were not in good condition for a 5star hotel, but the room was too narrow to move around. Breakfast was excellent though 👍.

Air condition blows at my face while sleeping, very painful, poor design. Staff are friendly and helpful, but nothing can be done. Curtain blind could not roll down, fixed, but then could not roll up, causing no sunlight during daytime. Sorry, I would not come back to stay again.

It was really great! From the spacious room to the massive bathroom, to the service quality of all hotel staff, the little birthday surprise, and the variety and taste of breakfast. There was no bad thing I can point out. Keep it up! I hope to visit again!

The room was clean, and the bathroom was really spacious! Service was good-staff were friendly and courteous, and even personally guided you to your room on check-in. The breakfast was also really good. The only gripe we had was that our room had an electrical buzzing sound that wasn't noticeable in the day, but was annoying at night when we were trying to sleep. Feedback to the reception on check-out and they said they would look into it.

Amazing service! Breakfast was at the luxurious 15 Stamford restaurant. Restaurant staff was attentive and thoughtful. Love it here will definitely visit again.

My friend and I had a very pleasant stay. We didn't receive any reservation reminder and did not get to book a pool slot. They kindly extended our check out time so that we could have a dip in the pool the next morning before we leave.

Check in was fast. We were brought to our rooms and told that mini bar was free. However the phones in the room didn't work. So we had to call from the phone in the hallway or with our mobile phones.
