A very clean and tidy hotel. Decor are a little basic but adequate for the price.

Walkway directly from the hotel to a spa with swimmimng pool, spa pool with jets and sauna. So relaxing!

The best thing about this hotel is its location, ideal for easily reaching interesting events or happenings in this big-size small town. The second best is the possibility of using spa services, for which, however, there is seldom enough time during short stays.

One night in Hamina on the way back to Helsinki. Quite nice small spa hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. The A/C was not working properly in our room. When it couldnt be resolved the woman in the front desk put us in another room. They even checked by coming up to ensure the new rooms A/C was working. The restaurant next door has a decent buffet qs well.

Breakfast was pretty good. Spa should be open also on Sundays, if the hotel is spa hotel.

was just a stopover on a long carjourney from Joenssu. Fine for my needs as there was parking onsite. Breakfast was bit meagre. Didn't have a chance to use the pool.

Friendly and helping personel, smallish but tasty breakfast that after all was big enough!

+ Internet speed, good quantity of towels, bathrobe, swimming pool and gym, free private parking, good shower. - Can't open windows, bed and pillows could be better

Great hotel and very friendly staff!!! Convenient services (spa, pools, ...), Coffee, tea, water, cookies. Good breakfast. Will stay again.

Very nice and help full staff, I was there only for a night and had to leave very early, the hotel staff offer me breakfast even though it was 5:30AM and the service didn't started yet.

It was good. I will recommend to my friends. Hotels in Finland good always.

Palvelu ystävällistä. Alakerrassa näköjään suosittu ravintola, koska pöytävarauksia paljon. Itse en syönyt, lista niukka, hyviä viinejä ja erittäin ammattitaitoinen tarjoilija! Huoneet 80-luvulle jääneitä värityksiltään mutta siistit. Sänky natisi kääntyessä mutta selkä ei kipeytynyt. Täytetty minibaari huoneessa mikä harvinaista nykyään! Keskustassa! Spa:ta en käyttänyt mutta uuden näköinen rakennus. Aamiaisen otin pakattuna mukaan koska aikainen lähtö.
