Nice hotel, great location. Front desk staff was not always there. Would have been nice to have room service food.

Nice clean property with great staff!

Bed comfy and linens were soft. Pillows nice. Sofa needed an update but I didn’t use it or need it. Room clean and staff very professional and customer service oriented.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years and it’s always a lovely stay. The room and staff did not disappoint however the breakfast buffet was underwhelming this time unfortunately with potatoes and French toast sticks being the only option with no protein being provided. I’ll still stay here again and hope this was a one off experience.

Nice hotel, staff friendly. No carts to take up luggage. Parking is not connected to hotel, across the street, half block down. Hard to deal with luggage

Good stay friendly staff! 6th floor wifi wasnt working but staff relocate my room without issues. The heaters are very noisy, difficult to have a quality sleep.

Comfortable and clean. My only complaint: I checked in online and it said my room was ready. So I stopped by around 1:30 to drop off my bags and check in. I was told I would have to pay $40 to check in early. Please don’t tell me my room is ready online if you aren’t going to let me check in until 3:00 anyway.

The staff was awesome. I girl that checked us in gave us a great dinner choose in walking distance. She was super friendly and waited on us the next day as we checked out. Asking about our stay and the concert we went to. Would definitely stay and recommend it..

Great customer service. The staff was very friendly. The couch cushions in our room had some stains, so I didn't want to sit on them. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect.

I was worried about off-site parking but it actually a few steps away and easily accessed. Hotel was clean, modern and professional. Room was really quiet and we were near elevator. Breakfast was nice with someone constantly monitoring it and stocking it. I would highly recommend.

The front staff was super nice. They had a nice breakfast buffet. The bartender was nowhere to be found. The poor front desk staff had to always track them down. That was the only downside. A few guests approached the bar and eventually left because there was never a bartender. We too gave up.
