Great on top of town

Hotel Kostis was great value and overall perfect for what we needed. It’s a basic hotel room, no bells or whistles, but the location is perfect, right in the core of all the shops and restaurants. The staff and owner are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel is clean and cute, if a tad dated, but for the price and location I would not complain at all. We were in Skiathos for the end of summer stormy weather, so, there wasn’t a lot to do indoors and being shoulder season. But overall our stay was very pleasant and the hotel is cute and affordable. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Very well located, just off the Main Street and easy walking distance of port. Fabulous cafe next door (Il Posto) for great breakfasts. Friendly, helpful staff.

Overnight stay at Hotel Kostis. Lovely friendly welcome at the reception very helpful and informative. Room and bathroom was exceptionally clean.Loved the complimentary wine and water. Highly recommended

We were given a different room to the one we booked, but the owner went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We were only staying one night though. But nice welcome and lovely place.

This hotel was SO cute and unique. It felt like staying in an authentic Greek boutique hotel. There are so many restaurants and shopping writhing short walking distance.

They went out of their way to make sure i had a good stay

We were so looking forward to staying in the village of Skiathos and carefully chose this hotel because of its perfect location. That said, that was the only good part of the hotel. We were welcomed and told we were given a terrace room. While I thought we would have a great view, the view was only ok but the negatives far outnumbered the "view". First of all -- THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!! Fine for backpackers, but not fine at this price and for two middle aged people. The room was bare bones with a split AC system that could barely function due to the extreme heat of the room due to summer in Greece and being at the top of the building absorbing all the day's sun. The bathroom was small and could only fit one person at a time and had a window that you could hear other people through. We did not have the breakfast and the host was accommodating in letting us check out 2 days early. Perhaps most frustrating was that we found another hotel -- 5 star on the beach a few minutes from town with a buffet that took up an entire room, pool, luxurious rooms, and easy parking, for...wait for it... only 35 euros more a night!!!! Hotel Costis has a long way to go before you should pay anything more than 70 euros a night for it.

Hotel very clean ,modern and staff extremely friendly .Has been fully refurbished .The breakfast is delicious,varied,and eggs & bacon cooked to perfection .Central location but still peaceful. Every room has aircon. Cannot fault the Kostis .Stayed for 2 weeks .We will be back .

Visited Skiathos several times but this hotel find was fantastic, comfortable probably best location if you want to be in the town. Great room, breakfast, room and en-suite. DIMITRIS and Lynda our manager and housekeeper were the best, clean bedding, towels and immaculate room and stair areas. This Hotel must have been recently refurbished FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE.

A really nice and cozy hotel, very well located in Skiathos Town. Clean, tidy, and with excellent and friendly service.
