Friendly staff

Seen from the outside it it was wellmaintained.It was clean.The staff friendly. The sea nearby. Breakfast ok. But our room had a somewhat hard matress and we could hear the neighbours aircon on/off the whole night. We did not use the kitchen at all and i am sure that everything was working perfectly but a bit shabby.

Very nice place, tasty breakfasts, but could be a bit more various (no fresh fruits which is strange). Overall I like this hotel very much.Superior rooms have sufficient space, daily room service. Very good place for families. Hotel has 3 pools: two outside (one 20 metres from the beach) and one covered. Strongly recommend,

Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to beach and restaurants but in quiet area.

Excellent Hotel with direct access to beach. Very clean. There is a swimming pool and kids play area. Breakfast is very good as well. You can have buffet dinner at Hotel. Hotel gave us free room update as well.

Room was clean and reasonably equipped and close to the beach. Probably needed an upgrade. Staff helpful in the main, but air con unit was very old and very slow to do anything! Bathrooms good, with a multi function shower and plenty of hot water. The main street is a little drab and dated, but there was one bar and restaurant above the local supermarket (UPANO) that was excellent and al a carte food was well presented and good value. However, all shop and bar owners very good and happy and willing to talk to you. It is much windier up this end of the island and the surf can be quite rough at times. However, with the temperatures, it is a blessing. The South of the island is a lot less crowded and there are multiple wonderful beaches down there.

The staff is really friendly. Pretty nice breakfast as well. Great location. The hotel itself needs renovation. Terrible bathroom.

This is a family run hotel where you can relax with the kids or chill out with your partner. We are a family of 5 (kids 17,10,6) and were put in the newly renovated accommodation which was by far the best self catering we've had in the Mediterranean. The property was modern with washing machine, microwave and decent cooker. The beds and pillows were fantastic giving a good nights sleep. Breakfast to suit everyone. Nice location at the end of the road which made it quiet and only two mins walk to beach. Hired a car which was beneficial to travel to Waterpark (Watercity) about 75km away but worth it and to beaches in the south of the island (Preveli beach) but beware it is a tough trek down the rocky path and back up which takes about 15 mins. Rethymnon worth a few visits with lovely streets, shops and bars, 8 Euro in a Taxi or get the bus for Euro 1.20 each. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday and would return.

Mysigt och charmigt hotell väldigt nära stranden. Hotellen på gatan samarbetar dessutom om solstolar som kan hyras för en billig peng. Snabb och smidig incheckning, frukostbuffé som prisvärt tillval på plats, sköna sängar, bra nivå på rummet. Lyhört mellan korridor/allmänna utrymmen in till rummet, i övrigt väldigt komfortabelt

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit. Petit appartement propre, kitchenette,le lit très confortable. Piscine(pas chauffée) Petit déjeuner à volonté à 10€/pers.(5€ pour les moins de 12ans) Plage à 10m.

Prima appartement met vriendelijke mensen. Ontbijt is basic en de koffie is echt smerig.

Hôtel moderne en bord de mer. Le studio était top : neuf, litterie confortable, belle terrasse. L'hôtel devrait mettre a disposition une étiquette 'do not disturb ' car les femmes de ménage ont toqué a la porte a 9h le matin. Nous étions encore au lit... Ceci dit très bel hôtel, je recommande.

Une chambre bercée par le bruit de la mer sur les rochers. Lever de soleil de rêve.

Tres bel endroit. Personnel adorable et attentionné. Hôtel tres bien tenu, tres mignon et super bien placé à 2 pas de la mer et près des restaurants et commerces

Wunderbar... Corona-bedingt sehr leer und ruhig. Ansonsten alles top. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Lieu très calme avec ruelle de charme. Personnel serviable et attentif. Possibilité d’utiliser la piscine plus grande de la partie d’hôtel mitoyenne.
