The staff is very professional and friendly. I asked the registration desk personal multiple questions and they were able to answer all of them without any difficulties. The breakfast room is clean and the staff is very nice as well. The pool and dressing rooms are clean and nice. I definitely would come back.

The hotel is pretty outdated. The room was nice and spacious, but it didn't even have a keyless lock - I had to carry a large key chain with me.

Dated hotel and infrastructure a short walk to the beach

LIKE: Perfect location: the very city center. New furniture, very nice rooms. Appartment perfectly fits for four people. Comfortable beds. Good channel selection on the TV. High-speed Internet. DO NOT LIKE: I was cold in the appartment during our stay. No microwave oven. No frying pan. Rest is totally cool.

Hallways smell like a bad cologne from the 80's! Rooms are no frills! At night the temperature was in the 50's and they had no heating in the rooms. I was offered a small portable heater or a coat. You heard right, a coat! I obviously chose the small heater which barely heats any amount of space. Breakfast was the worst I have seen!

Absolutely exceeded our expectations, planing to stay here again soon.

Well, my feelings about this hotel are somewhat controversial. We really enjoyed our 2-weeks stay, but it was more about the location and, probably, less about the hotel. I'm sure it could have been even better. The majority of personnel doesn't smile (which maybe OK for a Northern country though), sometimes they cannot answer easy (IMHO) questions and don't follow up on requests (especially when they come after 10pm). The hotel itself is a renovated soviet hotel, but the soviet style can be felt sometimes. The good things are our daughter enjoyed porridges which are parts of the breakfast buffet, the play room was great, they can take custom orders in the restaurant to satisfy kids' preferences. Sauna in our room was a very good feature. A good surprise was a theatrical show we attended right in the hotel. The hotel and the place are probably good for families with children.

I where unhappy to pay that amount about this hotel. It where so old fashioned and bathroom where dirty. I tough paper to clean floor and it where black from dirt. Also restaurant I geted my wine from dirty glass. I didn’t enjoy.

Huone oli siisti, mutta hyvin kulunut. Erittäin rauhallinen alue. Jos et kaipaa muuta kuin yöpymispaikan niin tämä on sopiva hotelli siihen. Rannalle on muutaman minuutin kävelymatka, mikä on hyvä rantalomaa kaipaaville. Palvelu oli ystävällistä.

The receptionists were very nice and polite. The bathroom didn't look very clean. There seemed to be some stains on the bathroom door, but as the door was brown we couldn't tell the nature of the stains. Otherwise the room itself was OK. From the balcony the only view was to the roof. The curtains were a bit narrow so we couldn't sleep in the dark. We checked in about 8 PM and wanted to have some dinner, but as we started to check the menu the barman told us the kitchen was already closed. So we went to a local store. In the morning the breakfast was great, there were all kind of food options. The sauna and the pool were modern and nice.
