Great location and service. Noise insulation could be improved. Comfortable room, big enough, with a good quality bed. We would come again

Small and cosy hotel. Partly under renovation but quiet when we were there.

The hotel is in a good location on a hill close to the beach shops and restaurants. Room adequate with decent size bathroom. Advert mentions tv with sattelte channels. There is nothing in English

After a long one hit Drive from Calais I was looking forward to getting in my room. Alizes reception was shut but directed to Hotel Marbella next door. Disconcertingly they couldn't find my booking and when did the Alizes was full!! However, a room was found for me in the Marbella with a balcony with views of the see. All the room facilities in the Marbella were fantastic so I guess the end outcome was worth the initial frustration.

The Alize appears now to be an annex of the hotel next door, and the Reception is not always open. Room was too small for a 6'2" man to be comfortable in, especially as the room was on the gable of the house. The old-town location is very awkward to get to by public transport - and taking a taxi negates the saving made on the room-cost.

Great location, excellent service, good breakfast, and great overall ambiance. We were in a room overlooking the narrow street, and liked that visibility, however in the busy season, I'm sure it could be a bit noisy. We will certainly stay at Les Alizes the next time we are in Biarritz.

Chambre très étroite, à peine de quoi passer entre le lit et le mur. moisissures sur les murs, les fenêtres, condensations++ papiers peint qui se décolle. coffre fort rouillé rideau de douche pas assez long donc sol mouillé pas de ventilation

Me quedé sólo una noche, porque estaba de paso. Dormí muy bien.

Hotel à coter de la plage du vieux port un des endroit que j'aime bien de Biarritz ayant un probléme de sommeil depuis plusieurs moi j'ai pu enfin dormi , lit assez confortable

Très content, emplacement stratégique, propre et accueillant . En plus j’ai eu de la chance d’avoir un surclassement 😊

La Proximité des plages

J’ai eu la chance d’être surclassé, chambre impeccable, sdb propre et confortable. L’emplacement est top tout près de la mer et de nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité. Accueil sympathique.

Parfait emplacement 100 mètres de la plage du vieux port

literie en tres mauvais état et bruit de peruches toute la nuit, impossible de dormir.

matelas trop mou bas de fenêtre gonflé et donc ne ferme pas totalement, et donc le bruit extérieur passe

Hôtel très calme situation idéale proche de la plage du rocher de la vierge. Literie confortable Ascenseur

problème de connection à la wi fi qui n'a pu etre résolu regret que le seul petit dej proposé soit complet et donc d'un prix élevé
