In my first room, the machine to make warm water for shower does not work so they ask us to move to the new room. In the second room, the fridge does not work so we asked them to put our food in their kitchen. But they said we can keep our food in ours old room and keep the key with us. So we hold two rooms at the same time. But when we went out, they came to clean the room and took the key down to the reception. After that they clean our old room as check out room for new customer and turned off all the electricity as well. Our food is ruined and it still be left in the fridge. When we came to ask the reception they said that maybe the house keeping staff took the key in accidentally. It does not make sense and we are not happy at all.

Price is soft, near Han river bridge, but the room is a bit old, not new and beautiful as the picture. Friendly reception

As I reviewed last time, I was not happy. However, I still set up a room on the last day in Danang because of the location near the Han River Bridge, convenient to see the bridge. That's all!

Unsatisfied points: 1. It is difficult to meet the receptionist, there are times when the reception is not available at the counter 2.
