Very good price and great room

The staff was super sweet, miss Julie from the cleaning staff was amazing and helped me with everything i needed, also the kitchen staff was nice. The only thing i did not like was the annoying people partying close to the pool until almost 11pm, i think is not nice that people stop making noise until 10pm, noise should stop a lot earlier, there should be more understanding for the customers that not party and want to relax after a long day working.

This place use to be a nice hotel, first off it’s really loud in the mornings, I don’t like the fact that the pool is not for hotel guests only, it is open to the public. At times the food wasn’t good, but the hotel employees were really nice. Will never stay there again.

The water service was out on the second day of the stay. Then next day, power was gone for half a day.

Costumer service was great Maria the housekeeping was kind generous service

I did not received the bed I ask for beside that all was great

Parking is a bit of an issue

La ubicación es muy buena. Precio salió perfecto. Atención al cliente debe mejorar. Recapacitar los empleados sería bueno para ofrecer mejor servicio. Atención a los detalles y linpieza es requerida. Los dos hombres de seguridad feuron muy buenos y amables.

La ubicación fue lo mejor , por que se camina para buscar otro tipo de comida , si no te gusta la que ofrece el hotel, todo estuvo bien, las señoras de la limpieza muy queridas , atentas👍, mejor que los de la administración .

Ohh this property is unique! 😂😂 cause i dont think that there is any other hotel like this in Managua, they awful in customer service, rooms are old and dirty they dont take care of the facility neither the rooms, ataff very rude they dont care about their guests,price not worth it i dont even know how this property is still open it must be illegal to have such an ugly place still open, no running water on any of the 2 bathrooms in the room that we stayed at, no water to even wash our teeth, pool dirty, not enough parking space, location very dangerous, rooms dirty and everytime you shower the water goes out of the bathroom all the way outside!! Ao do yourself a favor and DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS HOTEL, Go to AIRPORT X is just less than 3 miles from the airport and THEY ARE AMAZING!!
