Good to have a guest laundry , a cut above the motels in town . Smithers looks a safe little town but we were only there for a stopover.

Nice hotel!

Breakfast was poor. Eggs were over cooked and staff not very attentive. Clean room but now very dated. Corridor carpet was filthy. This is the first impression, what is it like back of house, example kitchen. Conversations behind the check in counter should be done away from guests.

Service in the restaurant was a bit slow - they seemed understaffed for the number of guests. The hotel was great.

Hotel is showing its age. Beds were not comfortable and the a/c unit was really loud everytime in turned on. Good enough for one night but would opt for something else next time but hard b/c this is sadly one of the top rated hotels somehow.

This is a comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean.
