It was a comfortable stay for my family of 3. Conveniently located to downtown and Long Wharf. Also close to Southie/Broadway strip which has a lot of fun bars and restaurants.

This was such a great stay. My room, the king suite was so perfect. Breakfast was good and Im obsessed with the help yourself coffee/ lattee machine in the lobby and had a couple every day. I wish I could have stayed more than 2 nights. Plan to come back when I'm in town!

We came to boston all our family , our stance here was excellent, service excellence, in the front desk and during the breakfast the people there super friendly, I love the hotel the room super clean , all the service excellent

The staff was exceptional

The pull out beds are not comfortable at all and my kids couldn’t sleep through the night. I had to change rooms to a double queen. The concierge was very helpful and gave us a bit of a credit and swapped rooms.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property itself- corridors etc seemed little run down and dated. Room was great and so was the complimentary breakfast.

For the stars, perfect. Large room with kitchenette, coffee, nice relaxed vibe. Close to airport and seaport. If you want an easy, clean, spacious sleepover, it is perfect.

This property was adequate for convention center attendees. Easy and safe to walk to the center. There aren't any decent restaurants nearby, but easy to Uber. This is not a posh hotel, but they have a decent breakfast, and all the essentials.

Emanuel made the stay incredible. Make sure to stop by the front desk to get any trip recommendations, he knows the best restaurants in the area and he will make sure your stay at the Element will be as comfortable as possible!!!! 10/10 would visit again.

We stayed with a large family group for Boston Marathon. The morning breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were very professional, accommodating, and caring.

Very worn out. Dirty glass doors. Groaning elevators. Squishy shower floor (rotting wood underneath?). Mediocre breakfast. Excellent staff, quiet room, firm mattress.
