I took my 13-year-old son on a getaway to Hilton Puerto Vallarta, and it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. As a matter of fact, we loved it so much that we extended our stay here for extra two days. As a single parent, I really appreciated how easy, fun, and safe everything felt. There’s truly nonstop entertainment from morning till night. We joined in on activities like painting, crafting, guacamole cooking classes, penalty shots against the aqua team, and even a family-friendly silent party – such a fun experience to share with my teen. Every day had something new, and it never got boring. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel included and taken are of. My son and I loved the Family Lounge with air hockey, foosball, ping pong and video games, and we had a great time playing table tennis by the pool and beach together. It’s a great mix of fun and relaxation. Our beautiful room on the 11th floor was a highlight – super clean, comfortable, and with incredible ocean views. We could watch both the sunrise and sunset from our balcony, and those quiet moments were just as special as the busy ones. The beach is also a standout – swimmable, clean, and beautiful, which is rare in Puerto Vallarta. We spent hours in the ocean every day. The beach was the absolute gem!!! we’re definitely going to be back!!

The property was nice, very modern, the night entertainment was great, the food and the servers were so nice. I also went to the spa and magally was wonderful. If I ever come back I will stay here again.

That’s not a resort I would return to. The buffet was very limited with hardly any variety of food. Our room phone was down for two days, and no one seemed to care or fix it. Nobody came to help with our luggage to the lobby, and the place was extremely busy. Compared to Hyatt Ziva, I’d give this resort a 3 out of 5.

My boyfriend and I visited the Hilton Riviera in Puerto Vallarta for the first time—and it definitely won’t be the last! From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were blown away. The first view of the pool and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. After a smooth check-in, we couldn’t wait to dive into the fascinating pool and soak up the sun on the beautiful beach. That evening, we ventured into town and had an amazing time exploring the local nightlife. When we returned to the hotel, we met Julio, the bellhop, who quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. Julio was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering us fantastic suggestions for activities both in the area and at the hotel. Throughout our stay, he continued to go above and beyond to assist us—his guidance and friendly demeanor truly made our trip extra special. The hotel itself is stunning, with delightful restaurants and intriguing bars located throughout the property. There’s never a dull moment, as the hotel offers a wide variety of events and daily classes, keeping guests entertained and engaged. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and genuinely caring. Our room was perfect, with an astonishing view that we couldn’t get enough of. The amenities provided were top-notch and added to the overall luxury of our stay. We highly recommend the Hilton Riviera to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta—especially if you want great service, beautiful views, and unforgettable memories.
