Great place!!!

very well located, close to the ADO Main Bus Station. the pool is very good, clean towels always available. The breakfast was included in my VIP Booking, it was plenty of delicious hot breakfast, Mexican food options, fruit’s cocktails, My favourite the Red Chilaquiles! Room service was awesome, Always smiling! Blvd Kukulkan Hotel Zone Bus #1 & #2 around the corner, banks, superstores, currency exchange around the place

Very affordable property. Rooms are modern and the breakfast buffet is also very fancy.

our best option to stay in Cancun downtown, close to many activities and public markets, malls all around the place, banks, superstores, and just 1 public bus away from the sandy beaches, and the great Blue color of the caribean sea... we will be back! Great service by the breakfast servers, and the room services were great! cheers Oh! Oasis

This place was PRISTINE clean and tidy. Customer service was great and the breakfast buffet was amazing and had variety. The hotel has 2 pools both clean, towels for the pool were available. Highly recommended!!!

Oh! Cancun is my best option to stay in Cancun, close to downtown and the ADO bus station... clean, safe and staff is great. ideal for 2-3 nights stay.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. I wish I could give more stars than I did, as this hotel was better than expected. Beautiful renovated room with lots of amenities, great pool area and huge breakfast buffet with many options. Small issue: Some confusion regarding the fact there are two hotels at this location (both same owner). On my first morning I inadvertently had breakfast at the other hotel breakfast area, which is much simpler than the Oh Cancun's complimentary buffet at the other side of the building. I only which it was made clearer. Maybe a sign and arrow at the elevator exit would help future guests not make that mistake.

Our vacation in Cancun was enjoyable, and the location was beautiful.

TLDR- Fix WiFi, add fridge. Remove ice machine, hidden charges, early am music This could very well be a 4 star hotel as they advertise with some adjustments. WiFi was barely usable even on the ground floor. We stayed several nights so it wasn’t a one time thing. The pool area and lounge chairs are lovely but as I brought up to management already there should be zero reason any music plays at 6:45am on a Wednesday when no one was in the area. Our room faced the pool and was supposedly quieter than the noisy street but I’m not sure. Ice machine very noisy and should be removed from all floors (unnecessary) and 1-2 placed on bottom floor. As others mentioned, a fridge should be added to each room and by removing the ice machines should offset much of the electrical cost. On our last night I only got 2 hours of sleep as there was flooding on our floor. I had to keep the water from entering the room but other guests not so lucky. While I did get to check out at 3 instead of noon (by asking) no credits or discount was available. I understand it’s out of their control but this, along with the “resort fee” they say is a city tax which the other 7 hotels I stayed in Cancun already had included in the Expedia booking left me with a negative experience for a hotel priced along the lines of $100 a night (after “tax”) of more well know brand name hotels in the city. If these issues addressed, then it would be 4 stars as the rooms were lovely, very clean, and the beds very comfortable.

The property is undeniably beautiful and possesses significant potential; however, it falls short in providing adequate dining options for guests. It’s frustrating to see such promise stifled, seemingly due to the owner's reluctance to invest in improvements, which ultimately hampers the overall guest experience.
