Maybe it was because I had high expectations, so I was a little disappointed in reality, but overall it was okay. The breakfast focused on international food, and most of the guests were foreigners, so my mother and I only ate a little. The room didn't really feel like a 5-star hotel, perhaps because it wasn't one of the most expensive room types.

I was very impressed with the hotel. From the reception staff to all the other staff, everyone was very attentive and provided excellent service.

I happened to be given a room on the 6th floor of Building 3. As soon as I entered, the room smelled a bit musty, maybe because it hadn't been occupied for a while? The room was too dark. A tuk-tuk service was helpful, as it came every 30 minutes.

My second time to this hotel. Love the friendliness of the staff and nice ambiance.

Certainly not a 5-star hotel in comparison to other Mövenpick hotels we have stayed in Vietnam. Everything removed from rooms, very boring. No welcome pack for information, one decoration (flowers etc), 1 chair for 2 people, no minibar, dark decoration and not well maintained. Breakfast was OK, except the wasp floating in the orange juice no one seemed to want to do anything about (instead they just topped it up). Don't think we would ever stay in a Mövenpick again.

Just OK. Not expecting much only to have a good sleep. Bed is good. We got upgraded room with nice bath tub. Staffs were friendly. Free Tuk tuk shuttle was told to be available until 10 pm to shopping mall terminal 21 but it finished earlier. We had to take taxi to go back around 9pm.

Great place, and its near nana station.

Location: In between Nana and Asok BTS stations, so it's fairly convenient. Also within walking distance to Terminal 21. There's a free tuk tuk service that runs between the hotel and Terminal 21 on a half hourly basis. Exterior: Nice looking hotel. Bedroom: Spacious although decoration looks a bit dated but I can live with that. Beddings: comfortable bed but pillows were too flat and not fluffy. Housekeeping: The biggest letdown in my opinion. Towels were taken away but not replaced till 5pm one of the days. One of the pillows was placed on the side table for no reason after housekeeping. Soap was not replaced after we used the first one. However finding a cockroach on the sink on the last day of the stay takes the cake. Breakfast: There are western, Asian, Indian and even middle eastern selections for the buffet breakfast. Staff service: Staff were neither incompetent nor outstanding but just OK. Nobody leaves any particular impression. Conclusion: When I stay in a hotel, it needs to be clean, comfortable and safe. Unfortunately, Movenpick fails on the first criterion.

Nice hotel tho, the reception is nice, but the restaurant server somehow ignorant to asian, showing different politeness or even smile compare to expatriate. Food is great, but wifi is really unstable. Still have couple of nights here

I had 3 requests for my room: far from the lift lobby, non-smoking, and 1 large bed. The hotel managed to fulfill all of my requests and I was very pleased with that! The hotel is located in the popular Nana area with lots of food and amenities available. It is relatively near to bts nana station and still shielded away from road noise. The staff was always warm and friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here!

Nice hotel, and worth the price. They provide free tuk-tuk shuttle from the hotel to BTS Asok & Terminal21, it is very convinience to use the shutte, and actually it is walking distance. the room also spacious.

location was average but they offer free shuttle to nearest mall and bts+mrt station. room was clean and comfortable. service was excellent. breakfast was delicious.

The staff were friendly, the room was great for a single guy and have shuttle tuk tuk to Asok BTS. Overall everything a traveller needs can get it here.
